The location is good and you can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out, so I think it's good for sightseeing!I just want the mold in the bathroom to be fixed...

Anyway, the shower curtain was moldy and disgusting. You can buy it for 1000 yen or something, so it's better to change it. There's also mold on the bathroom walls. That black mold can be removed by scrubbing, so it's obvious that you haven't cleaned the walls. There was also a stain on the comforter, and I knew it couldn't be removed, but it was disgusting. Is the chair covered with cigarettes and has holes in it? There was a hole, but this is a non-smoking room...I don't know if it was brought from a different room, but I think it's okay to use it as is.The worst thing was that the air conditioner was too noisy. Quiet mode? But Gogo is noisy, and Low is of course noisy. If I set it to automatic, it would go and go, then stop and go and go again. What kind of air conditioner is this...

Etiquette bags have not been replaced! ! ! ! !There was some filth left that I don't know if it was from the front or when. . . .It's best not to think of this as a hotel.I was relieved because it was Livemax. Is this really Livemax? ? That's what it means. It was my first time staying at a hotel where I didn't feel safe staying.I should have read the reviews before going...I was shocked to see the reviews the day before my stay. There will be a cancellation feeI made up my mind and headed there...First of all, there was no one at the front desk. She's the type to use the doorbell, but she never answers when I call her.I was able to keep my luggage, but I was only given a number tag.Is it okay if I don't ask for the guest's name or contact information? ? That's what it means. There was an electronic kettle, but no cups or tea utensils. (There are versions for cold water and tooth brushing)It says it's a semi-double bed, but it's actually a single size bed.It would have been nice to have amenities such as body sponges and deodorant like Febreze (rather, they are common supplies these days). There is no tea or coffee available. If you're paying 8,000 yen, I recommend staying at another hotel, even if it's a little more expensive. There was also dust in the cooler and humidifier.I'm afraid I don't use it.Also, it's scary that there are so many complaints and reviews, but the headquarters isn't taking any action.

The cold air from the air conditioner was weak, and when I opened the lid, it was covered in dust and the filter had not been cleaned. After washing in the bathroom and installing the filter, cold air came out and the problem was solved😆 I have been to various Livemax stays, but this was the worst.

The rooms were dirty, the floors were stained, and the whole hotel smelled like cheap air fresheners.

I stayed there yesterday, the 15th.It was my first time staying there. The woman at the front desk was kind and easy to understand. I personally liked the fact that there was only one floor on the 6th floor. The rooms are a little dated, but it was nice to have a microwave in the room. I think they are doing a good job of cleaning as well. This is something I think I would likeIt would have been nice to have tissues and clothes odor remover. This time, I was glad that I was able to stay near the station at a low price.Thank you very much.
