Good hotel in a decent location. The bed was a little small for two and I didn't love the pillows. Their gym is not good at all, just a few cardio machines and light dumbbells. It looked on disrepair honestly.

Amazing value. In a posh area of Tokyo. A bit hidden in the quite alleys but a short 5-10 minute walk to shops and restaurant. Not too touristy or crowded around the area and offers good connectivity to different areas of the city.

Location is decent, rooms as you expect from Japan, small but the rooms very stinky…We used one of the mugs and turned out one of them is broken and was leaking.. we asked the front desk for a new one, but was told they had none available and we had to wait until cleaning day (which is every 3rd or 4th day if you on the eco-plan)…. One of them is super unfriendly and has major rbf, rest of the employees are nice though.

stay away. don’t be fooled by the good reviews, i’m shocked this place has this many stars. extremely smelly rooms (i was shown 3 separate rooms, all smelled of mildew) unfriendly staff who were not surprised or apologetic whatsoever about the state of the fully carpeted stinky rooms, i had to change hotels it was so bad. it was suggested numerous times that the rooms just needed to have the AC turned on to smell better (they tried that, it did nothing) they didn’t even offer to forward our luggage which was arriving the next day, not a single apology, and no offer to upgrade. Stained and ripped walls in every room.

This is one of the best value per room. The rooms are nice and clean, the reception staff are always polite and professional. Even the dry cleaning is not too expensive, so I frequently use, although they have laundry machine available on the 12th floor. The location is usually difficult to explain to a taxi driver so better to print out the address and telephone number. Otherwise just say its near TBS, and they can get you close. There is a seven eleven convenience store on B1 which is useful but unfortunately the seven eleven service is getting worse, so I don't like going there.

First time to stay around akasaka and it's a good 👍 choice. The neighborhood is not that busy. Still very easy commuting to most places I would like to go. The breakfast is okay.

Used to be very good.Last week we spent a few nights there:- Very rude front desk staff- They don’t clean your room unless you stay for 4 nights or more. They make it look like they are saving the planet kind of thing but all they are doing is cutting costs.- They charge you money for leaving your bags in the hotel even for one day
