I visited in August 2024.From the outside, it looks like a cute little pension. The parking lot is wide and easy to park. The inside of the building had a nostalgic feel with the scent of the Showa era remaining. There was no air conditioner in the room this time, just a fan, but as long as I opened the window at night, it was cool and there were no particular problems. The meal includes an oil fondi course and an additional Hoba miso steak.I ordered it.The oil fondue was delicious, and the hoba miso steak was also very delicious. The Hoba miso for breakfast was also delicious, and I think it's a very good meal considering the price.Of course, the hot spring water is flowing directly from the bath, and while the indoor bath is quite small, the open-air bath is very spacious. You can also rent out this large open-air bath for free. There are two toilets, one on the mezzanine floor and one in the basement, so I thought it might be a little difficult to use.Other than that, I had a very comfortable stay. However, considering the price, I have no complaints. Also, the landlady treated me well, and I am thinking of visiting in a different season next time.(I forgot to take a picture of the vast open-air bath...)

Stayed with 6 friends on 8/3/2024. This is my second time using it.I have an email address, but I never get a reply, so I always call to confirm. It seems to be an analog type. The people are simple people, and this is an inn that I hope will last forever.I walked from the Nakao Kogenguchi bus stop. On the way, we saw over a dozen monkeys. There is a bus stop nearby, but the bus from Shinjuku was late and I couldn't transfer to the bus I was supposed to take.As a result, I didn't know where the bus I was taking was, so I ended up getting off before I got there.I had booked a hotpot course with wild mushrooms picked by the owner and was looking forward to the wild mushrooms, but what came out was oil fondue. Since it is not the season, there are no wild mushrooms. Well, it's not autumn. The vegetables, meat, and shrimp in the oil fondue are good, but the quality of the kamaboko and sausage needs to be improved. The pickles seem to be homemade. it's delicious. You can substitute rice and miso soup. If it's difficult to have additive-free ham for breakfast, I personally don't need it. My friend has an allergy to raw eggs, so she had the hot spring eggs hard-boiled.The room was on the second floor and had a fan. It was hot and humid, so I left the fan on. We were divided into three rooms, two people each. Towels and toothbrushes are also provided. There was also a TV, but I didn't watch it. Restrooms are located in the semi-basement and on the mezzanine floor. The mezzanine floor was unisex. The open-air bath is the size of a swimming pool. This is my favorite. I went in once when I arrived, a second time after dinner, and a third time in the morning. In the open-air bath, you only have to soak in the bath, but there is no washing area. It is colorless and transparent, but it smells like sulfur. I really love you.I read manga at night. I'm looking forward to this too. I also had a lively conversation with my fellow residents. The surrounding view is nice. In the evening, I took a walk. The next morning, he drove me to Shinhotaka Ropeway. There was a mistake in the accounting, and the amount was 10,000 yen less. Even though the price is already reasonable, I'm worried about losing money. Payment is in cash only. There is free wifi.

I've visited several times. The open-air bath and the food are both great. Also, his personality is really nice. . . I would like to make time again.

I visit the friendly owners every year.Unfortunately, as of February 2024, the temperature of the open-air bath was so low that I couldn't take a bath, but I was able to bathe in the indoor bath without any problems, and the quality of the spring water was good.
