We ordered 3 rooms, the bathrooms were all dirty, the light was lacking, the guard was not at all friendly, whatever we asked, the answer was that we didn't know. The bathroom is very dirty.

Accommodation with the vibe "like coming home" π‘ a quiet and clean place, appropriate interior selection, suitable rooms with good air circulation. Free wifi π Very comfortable during a long stay here, security and friendly staff who are easy to contact if there are problems.Bathroom amenities only provide hand washing soap, other equipment must be brought by yourself (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc.). In every room there is free coffee and tea.There is a dining table and refrigerator along with eating utensils, a hand washing station and a free flow dispenser. Small garden with very well maintained plants. Ample parking for 4 cars.Very strategic location close to everywhere... There are 2 coffee shops and a pharmacy just a few meters from the house, close to M Djamil Padang Hospital-BMC Hospital, Aisyiah Hospital, train station (very helpful for travelers to take the train to and from the airport), Near CGV, bank, fitness center, traditional market and supermarket, souvenir place.Good luck TM16

Comfortable and clean accommodation at a cost of IDR 250,000 per night. Strategic location, right in front of Tan Malaka Park, so there's no problem parking at all. The road here is also nice. The rooms are comfortable, the AC is cold, the bathroom is quite clean and the WiFi is fast (for rooms on the 2nd floor),There is another room in the corner of the 1st floor, the wifi is not very fast but the room is very spacious.Recommended π You can get a special price if you stay 1 week, 2 weeks or 1 month. On weekends it fills up quickly.

I had a bad experience with TM 16, so I had already deposited 50%, then on the day of my stay it turned out they were overloaded. it means, I can't get a room. disappointed? sure laaa. Who wouldn't be disappointed, even if the deposit was reversed? that's all.

In my opinion, here it is more like (the real) homestay, meaning a real residence (the residents used to live here and then it was made into a homestay) which is located inside/not on the side of the road, like in a housing complex (there are residential garden facilities - good for morning walking exercise) π that The main house is also for rent (more luxurious with general luxury home furnishings and equipment, living room, sofa, TV, refrigerator, kitchen set, etc.) in the photo πThe price for a standard room is also appropriate, the size of the room is just right, a shared dining room is provided, complete with a dispenser and sachets and coffee and tea (self service), a refrigerator, because there are many who stay for days or even months here (price rates vary - available at photo), so overall you can feel comfortable here, you feel like you're at home ππππ note: soap and shampoo are not provided π

Overall it's really good, although it's a bit difficult to find because there's no sign in front of the house. So far the rooms are really comfortable minus the warm water and no amenities at all. a good combination because it is helped by a cool interior

The accommodation is the same in general... The difference is... It's in a house in a complex area... There's no sign indicating it's an inn... But the place is really nice but the atmosphere is comfortable because I had just stayed there the night the lights went out... Yes, it's like living in your own room, especially since I took a single bed... The bathroom is also clean... For toiletries, towels, shampoo and soap are provided which are placed in the bathroom. Use the soap... The main thing is that there is enough water. adequate... There is room to brew tea or coffee and a place for the dining table... Really Wroth it
