if you're someone that needs an air conditioner in their room, stay away from this place. it works piss poor and only blows the room air temperature around. i complained to the front desk, and their only fix was to give me a small fan. at least the fan blew more cool air than their "air conditioner". for a 3.5 star hotel, i expected better. communicating to them was a hassle as well even when using google translate. glad im only staying the night.

Good location close to the old townscape, Miyagawa morning market, and bar district. The inside of the building feels old everywhere, but it doesn't feel too unsanitary. Unfortunately, the filling is weak. Laundry bags aren't refilled, the toilet seat falls over if you don't hold it in place, there's body hair on the back of the toilet seat cover, and sometimes there's a sign saying it can't be used even when the coffee machine at a restaurant is off. Sometimes, a weak coffee like barley tea is served. What's worth mentioning is the taste of the dinner, which was thankfully room service but tasted like hospital food. Curry tastes ``like'' curry, gyudon tastes ``like'' beef bowl, and Chinese bowl tastes ``like'' Chinese bowl. (In my personal opinion, it's cheap, so I guess I can't complain.) Also, since it's a tourist destination, the staff are diverse, but I'm concerned that the hospitality will deteriorate if they go too far.

I was happy that I was able to stay at a cheap price even though it was close to a tourist spot. The breakfast was delicious, but there weren't many seats, so if it got crowded, you'd have to share your table.
