I visited a few years ago during a hot summer. When I asked to make a reservation, the hotel was fully booked and I called several times before finally getting a cancellation and being able to stay there. It's convenient and the food is good in Tsumago-juku.The beautiful wife who came from Tokyo is also wonderful.

I'm very glad I stopped at this place. The two women who received me were very nice and accommodating. There were only positive impressions of the traditional Japanese house.

While keeping the old building intact, the baths and toilets are new and clean. The room is about 4 and a half tatami mats for one person, but it is also beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location is at the beginning of Tsumago-juku (on the Nagiso side), close to the ticket office, carp rock, and waterwheel. Close to Tsumago bus stop. The food was delicious, the proprietress and the young proprietress were both wonderful, and the pleasant service soothed me, leaving me very grateful and satisfied. The bath is locked, so each person can enter individually. It is a cypress bath and has a circulating hot bath system that controls the temperature, fills the water, and filters it, so it is clean and you can always enjoy a constant temperature and drink without having to do anything. is filled with hot water. It was also great that I was able to fully heal my tired body from sightseeing.A wonderful inn that blends into the cityscape of the Edo period. I felt like I had traveled back in time, and I was truly satisfied. If I come to Tsumago, I would definitely stay here again. thank you very much.
