We used it as a place to stay after climbing the Northern Alps. I felt a little luxurious in the room where I could eat in my room (^_−)−☆Below, I will describe ◯ good points and △ not-so-good points.◯There was a KKR sign on the main road of Hirayu Onsen, so it was easy to access.◯There was ample parking space so I didn't have to worry about it being full🚙◯The receptionist, staff, and employees all had great customer service, and I learned a lot about the area and other things👦◯The food was rich in variety, and the quality and quantity were sufficient. Also, although the service was for in-room meals, I was satisfied with the prompt response such as refills of rice.◯You can bathe in the hot springs even at night. Also, I was satisfied with the size and quality of the hot springs. Furthermore, I was grateful that there was an umbrella in the open-air bath so that my head wouldn't get wet even if it rained ♨️△Maybe it's because it's in the middle of nature, but there were insects in the room, which made it a little uncomfortable🐝△Although there are no convenience stores near the hotel, the selection of products at the hotel store was not good. I think it would be a good idea to have sake and snacks 🍶Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. I would like to stay again ^_^

Used for consecutive nights on a family trip. The staff's response to inquiries in advance, reception, meal service, etc. was wonderful. The bathroom was clean and the facilities were at a satisfactory level. The starry sky I saw on the rooftop was a memory that will last a lifetime.

It was a long time ago, but I was able to get a lodging by myself. What I remember most is looking from the front entrance and parking on the left side of the parking lot, and I parked in front of the car, but as soon as I got out of the car, I threw my head into the air. Looking at the photos posted, I think it's still there, and several people have been killed. I think some kind of help is needed

It's located deep in the Hirayu Forest, away from the main street, so it's quiet and nice. The hot springs have one indoor bath, one outdoor bath, and a family bath (free of charge) for both men and women, and the plenty of hot water will warm you to the core and leave you very satisfied. Dinner consisted mainly of hot pot dishes and was delicious, plentiful and satisfying. Breakfast was delicious with a good number of items. It was also great to be able to watch the wild birds eat their meals.

Food and service are good. The hot spring is cloudy in the neighboring Hirayu Forest.Unlike other types of water, it is a light cloudy hot water with a high iron content.

The bath is great, and of course the food is great too ❗ Think of the room as a sanatorium. it is normal.
