I stayed there on July 28th. Anyway, the dinosaurs had a lot of fun🥰This is my favorite hotel. Since last year, my children have said many times that they want to go again. The open-air baths and baths are great, and there are dinosaurs everywhere, making both children and adults very excited. I appreciated the sweets service, free members-only service, and bath salts service, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of menus. There was only one place to clean: there were a few bird droppings in the open-air bath in the room, so I would like that to be cleaned. However, I don't know why the phone calls are so unpleasant.☹️The way they said things that included something made me feel bad. That's too bad.

I’m really glad I went (´；Д；`)! ! !I agree with this one word (´；ω；`)♡I can only thank the staff for their divine response (;_;)! !Thanks to that, it was very comfortable and the kids had a lot of fun (;_;)!Anyway, I had so much fun, I'm planning to visit again sometime in August (lol)It's worth more than the price! ! !However, I was concerned that a fishy smell was coming into the air...I was able to enjoy it more than that, so I'm very satisfied\(//∇//)\! !Thank you so much to the staff (;_;)! !Thank you again \(//∇//)\♡

I drove an hour and a half to go to another store.I used it because other stores were full.When I tried to fill up the bath with hot water, I found some pubic hair from the previous user. I was worried about mold and dark spots. It was unpleasant to see someone's name and graffiti on the wall inside the sauna, which had been scratched with fingernails. There was a lot of white dust collecting in the gap between the bed and sofa, and the charger wouldn't charge no matter how many times I plugged it in, probably due to poor contact. Even though I thought it was, charging stopped before I knew it.I'm worried that what other customers have written has not been improved. Since we are not paying cheaply, I think it is necessary to provide high-quality services in addition to amenities and other services. I won't be going again.

I went there for my son who loves dinosaurs.There are many places to play, including karaoke, in your room, in the dinosaur hallway, in the bathroom, and on the rooftop.It was wonderful.I travel a lot, so I stay at various hotels, but I have less luggage than other hotels in the area because they have rental amenities.I have dinosaurs in my room and can watch YouTube.Children won't get bored while parents prepareIt was very good.It's family-friendly, so I highly recommend it to families with children who love dinosaurs.

It's nicer than other hotels around here...I'm disappointed in the attitude of the store staff.90% of the rice isn't delicious, but that's not the main thing, so I guess it can't be helped...I wanted to ride an electric minicar at a free facility, but I was told that it wasn't charging.I don't usually have conversations with them.Overall service is not good

I stayed in room 101 around the beginning of this year.This room is in a separate building, and I was really excited to see the water slide, pool, and sauna! We are grateful to you for creating such a space with a kitchen and barbecue tools. The room service menu and drinks were also delicious.However, perhaps the heating wasn't working properly, and even when I turned the temperature to max, it didn't work at all...I was fortunate to have a stove. As others have pointed out, the previous customer's hair is also falling out. This room is quite large, so I understand that it will be difficult to clean and inspect, but I hope it will be improved.

It's a shame because it took almost 2 hours to go there.I wish I had stayed at a hotel in Nagoya instead of being so disappointed...I was surprised that it wasn't cleaned at all.The garbage can in the bathroom had been used by the previous person and there was trash inside!There was something that looked like toothpaste on the walls of the bath, and there were several long hairs on the bathtub.The walls of the bath were probably damaged by the water, and there were holes in a wide area at the bottom. ,Also, there were cockroaches all over the room.The dust was surprisingly not cleaned, so I was allergic to house dust and my whole body was itchy, sneezing, and had a runny nose.I want to post a photo, but where do I do it?

My family of four stayed in a room with a dinosaur slide. The price is 50,000 yen for a room without meals on weekdays. I decided to stay there because it was a bit expensive, but because of the dinosaurs, but to be honest, it was not a place I would spend 50,000 yen to stay at. There are dinosaurs outside the hotel and at the front desk, which makes the kids happy, but the rooms are dirty. It's full of dust and the sofa and bed are dirty. When I made an online reservation, I checked the ``free rental of children's toys such as Lego'' item, but they were not able to lend it to me. Also, the pool I was looking forward to had a very unpleasant smell, and the water was dirty and there was a lot of algae on the poolside, so I didn't feel like going in, and my kids were looking forward to it, too. I thought he must have come to visit. I want my money back...I'm sad, but I won't be going again.
