This hotel is like a capsule hotel. Personally, I felt more comfortable staying in a capsule at a chain store. There is no soundproofing, so we recommend bringing earplugs. The good thing is the location. It is located in a convenient location for both sightseeing and transportation.

Traditional ryokan to stay in. It has a very good location since it is close to the train and bus station, as well as different points of interest. Quality/price is very good. There is usually no one at reception since it is run by a family and they are sometimes doing other things, but you ring a bell and they come in no time. They speak very little English. It has a small Onsen where you can spend some relaxing time. Honestly, if you want a Ryokan at an affordable price, it can be a good option. If you are looking for something luxurious, this is not your place.

It was a great experience. I was very well received. The ryokan is very very clean. The lady is super nice. And we are 5 minutes from the train station and the city center. I don't understand the bad reviews. Because yes, we hear a little noise, but that's the principle of a ryokan: an old traditional house. If this bothers you, go to a hotel instead.

I stayed at this Ryokan in November '22. The facilities were very clean, staff friendly and accommodating, the baths were lovely and the homemade Japanese breakfasts were very good, made with fresh local ingredients. …

The landlady was friendly and nice! However, the soundproofing of the room was too poor, and although I was alone, there were several men staying in the room next to me, and it was noisy until late at night.First of all, the bottom part of the door is open, and you can hear every time someone passes by in the hallway.I thought about contacting the front desk, but there was no phone in the room, and since it was late at night, there was no one at the front desk, so I couldn't contact them.I drove 400km one way by myself and wanted to get some rest early in preparation for the next day, but wouldn't it be better to sleep in the car?I thought about leaving.I guess it can't be helped since it's a tourist destination, but I didn't expect it to be this unpleasant after paying this much.
