Could not access the room via the contactless check in. The room may or may not have been fine, I never got to see it.I really like the concept of being able to check into a room without an employee being present. However, there are some issues with the current system.I needed to get use a code to enter the building. Unfortunately when the code instructions were translated into English a number of Kanji remained. I tried working with the numerals that were given, in multiple sequences, but could not get through the door. The key is stored in the letterbox. This might be the letterboxes behind the check in iPad, or it might be another set of letterboxes inside the access door. I tried using a variety of combinations for the ambiguous instructions for the dial on the letter box but no luck. I couldn't open it.After over 30 mins of trying I rang the help number and got an answer machine in Japanese. I asked for English, but got no response.I gave up and left fairly frustrated, staying at a hotel for my time in Hiroshima.Given the other reviews it looks like this system works fine for others, however it feels like there are a number of key instructions that get lost in translation between Japanese and English, and there is no immediate support to gain access in English.

Stayed at this facility with many friends. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of beds, so I was able to relax. It was also nice to be able to make a little rice since I had cooking utensils.I have used various accommodation facilities, but this one is the best for a large group.

We had a small training camp for our circle using the prefectural discount. It's usually cheap enough, but there's also a discount, which is great! !There was news that it would be postponed until the end of June, so I think now is the best time to take advantage of it (`ー´)ノ

Hygiene is a bit questionable. Thanks to the towel covered in lint, a black T-shirt becomes quite white.I guess it can't be helped since it's cheap, but I don't like the coffee milk, which has obviously been rubbed by someone.People who can't sleep unless it's completely dark should avoid using the large room on the first floor.Street lights shine brightly through the frosted glass door. There was a gap in the door, so I could hear outside noises, so I went to bed with earplugs.

It was very good to use with a large number of people. The more people there, the cheaper the price, so it is recommended for groups.

This is the worst hotel ever.Request a cancellation by phoneTell them that you would like a call back,Despite obtaining consent from the other party,I couldn't get a call back at all.As the scheduled stay date has passed,Only the accommodation fee was charged.Since I didn't stay there, I don't know the condition of the room, etc., but the support system has ended. Please be careful when making reservations.

I stayed there on a holiday. The room was clean and had a modern design with a loft, which I really liked. There are cooking utensils in the kitchen, so I was able to cook during my stay, and it felt like I was living in a comfortable place.I also liked the convenient access to nearby downtown areas.Next time, I would like to stay with my family and friends.
