If you walk all the way down the shopping street that leads from Onomichi Station, it will be on your right. I arrived a little early, so I left my luggage at a cafe and took a walk around the area. When it was time to check in, I received a detailed explanation and was shown to a dormitory room on the second floor. The first floor is the reception area, living room, kitchen and shower room, and the second floor is the guest room. I get the impression that most of the guests were from foreign countries. Some people spend the night in the living room and others in bed. However, at bedtime everyone was very quiet and had a good rest.

Anyway, the man at the reception desk (not a young man with bobbed hair and glasses) had a bad attitude.I come to Onomichi often, so I've stayed at a number of guesthouses, but this one is by far the worst. At other guesthouses in Shingai and Yangtze River, the owners were warm and nice, but this time there were no vacancies, so we decided to stay here.As other customers said, customers have to be careful when talking to them. I don't know which one is the customer. From the moment I met him, he seemed unmotivated. When I asked her again to confirm the curfew, she said, "So, it's until 12:00." (Why did she answer so annoyingly?)A group of customers arrived and used the living room for a while, but it seemed like they unconsciously spread their belongings on the tatami and were talking. Then, with a blank expression on their face, they said, ``You're in the way, so please move away!'' That's a straight and harsh way to say it.The people in the group apologized profusely (← they pretended they didn't know about this), but at leastCan't you just smile and say something like, ``Excuse me, I'm going to the bathroom, so I'd appreciate it if you could leave me a space...''?I wish I didn't hate customer service so much.It seems like you are letting people stay there, but are you the owner? If not, it would be better to educate them.He was saying what was wrong even though he was saying the right thing, but your job is to sell services. There is no hospitality at all.

Reasonable price and interesting designI got run over and stayed with 4 people. There was no bath, just a shower room, but it was sufficient. You can cook your own meals, there is a living room that you can use freely, and it's completely different from a normal hostel. It feels different. The room is clean and spacious enough for 4 people.I arrived early, but I left my luggage at the attached cafe. The fineness of taking care of me😊It was a wonderful place 🎵
