It's very small and not at all worth the price paid on Airbnb, I absolutely don't recommend it, the room service is average and too small for three people. The street is noisy. The price is more than twice as expensive on Airbnb for the same room and for the same number of people!.

Nice apartment, clean and not very far from the Peace Park, the only flaw being close to a "night" area at night there can be a bit of noise

You get what you pay for. We booked via airBnB. The room was really large and clean.Previous comments mentioned a lot of noise, I did not experience this. On the ground floor there seemed to be a bar of some kind, but it was closed when I visited. The hotel is situated in a quite busy nightlife area. The only problem I had with the hotel is the absence of a front door to enter the hotel. Now anyone can reach my room door..

It can't be helped that there is no parking lot, but the entrance is difficult to find, there are only stairs to the 5th floor, there are large strange insects flying around even though the 5th floor is not outside, the door is old and rattling. I thought there was room for improvement, as the noise could be heard from other floors, and the walls were thin, so the dogs in every room were barking.I appreciate the automatic locking of the entrance and exit, but the door had to be pulled all the way to close. The location is not bad in the downtown area, but the surrounding area is a night town so you don't feel safe walking around. This time there were no vacancies, so I stayed here, but I thought Ginzancho was more comfortable.

Please be careful if you are staying in 201.Directly below is an illegally operated BAR.My dog and I were tired from traveling and wanted to go to bed at 9pm, but there was no soundproofing and we could hear voices from the road through the roof.(This can't be helped since it's a busy area, but...)However, the worst part was the bar directly below. It's a building with zero soundproofing, and a tone-deaf karaoke parade seems to pierce through from below. It will be open from 9pm to 1:30pm. The provided earplugs don't work at all.Sound travels through the building through vibrations from the floor to the bed, and the sound simply penetrates from below. The dog seemed to be wary of the explosion, and was barking all the time, which was cute.It didn't close at 2 o'clock, so I looked up Hiroshima city ordinances and found out that they had to close at 0:00.I immediately contacted the police, who came and dispersed the party. The owner also told me that the room on the 3rd floor is vacant, so will I pass it on? I received this suggestion, but since I was only staying for one night, I was concerned about the hassle of transportation, and the bar was closed due to police, so I just stayed there. The room was very well thought out and cute, so the facilities felt old, but that was a shame. The volume in the video is actually as loud as an ambulance siren going off in front of my house in the middle of the night, so I think the owners should at least tell illegal bars to close at midnight. (I think they're just lending it.)

The room seemed to have been renovated, and although it was a little old in some places, it was kept clean. There are only stairs, so the upper floors are difficult, but since it's a bar area and the surrounding area is noisy, I think the upper floors are better.Worse than the noise from the bar area, there were people who left their dogs in their rooms and went out until late at night, so it was so loud for about 3-4 hours until after 1am that there was no point in wearing earplugs, and I couldn't sleep. If dogs are allowed, I would like a little more soundproofing. I would also like to see strict rules such as not leaving untrained dogs in the room. We also had a dog with us, but we didn't leave it in the room, so we made sure to have it eat in the room.
