The information was far different from what you can find on the internet.Even though I made a reservation that included a private bath, when I contacted the hotel without prior explanation or an explanation at the front desk, I was told that I couldn't enter due to construction. The dining area is also quite open rather than semi-private rooms.I felt that the serving staff were part-time workers, and the customer service was poor, making it unreasonable for the price. The guy at the bar was great. The minibar in the room is quite poor, so I don't recommend the all-inclusive plan, but the room was nice and clean, so I think it would be nice to spend a relaxing time in a room with a private bath.I brought him here for our anniversary, but I was worried about my partner. It hurts my heart.

"Atara Yo Nishi-Izu" has a lot of macho💪 staff, and the young staff will welcome you! There is a footbath in the lobby and you can roast marshmallows on the hearth. It felt more like a foreign-owned hotel than an inn, and there was no proprietress or Nakai-san!The facility is old, but the rooms are clean. Is rice cooked in clay pots the best selling dish?I think they should have announced it to the audience a little more instead of calling it a fire performance🔥 and doing it all of a sudden. Steak was served. There was also abalone, but it felt like it was cooked from the beginning to warm it up. Lastly, you can eat donuts🍩 as a souvenir in your room.

Although the room was clean and spacious, the TV was quite small. There aren't many electrical outlets, and the location of the refrigerator is a bit troublesome. The food is delicious, but the location is far away. I thought I would have to carry a stroller down to the first floor to get to the dining area, but apparently there was a route I could take later. I wanted you to say it first. Customer service is good.

Used in August 2023.The first floor had been beautifully renovated. We stayed in a room with two bunk beds, similar to Terrace House, which was once broadcast on Fuji TV. It's stylish and makes you feel good. However, perhaps because they didn't spend that much money, the hallways and staircases are still the same as they were in a Showa era hotel. The end of the hallway is dark, and although there is a screen separating it so you can't see what's inside, it's so dark that it looks like someone might come out at any moment. The service is good, so I would recommend it if it could be completely renovated.

[The room] was spacious and clean, and I was very happy that it was equipped with amenities (THREE, a disposable type that I took home with me), a hair dryer, and a hair straightener (Refa)! There is a kettle, refrigerator and safe.Guests also receive marshmallow grilling (15:00-22:00), welcome drink, in-house wear, and free use of the rooftop open-air bath in the morning (until 9:00), which was also ◎!What impressed me most was the quality of the food. When I entered the restaurant and was shown to my seat, there was so much beautifully arranged sashimi that I felt very happy both visually and tastefully. The other dishes were also of high quality, and the atmosphere was great as you could hear cheers and cries of "Oh!" from all the seats at the teppanyaki show!At the end, in addition to the course, I was given a sweet treat to enjoy in my room, which made it even more fun (^ ^)Lastly, there are two open-air baths on the rooftop, which can be reserved for 45 minutes in advance. I took a bath around 9pm, and I was able to see a lot of stars and it was very relaxing.I was very impressed with the hotel's hospitality and the many things to do other than staying there!I want to go again.

I stayed for one night in the next Japanese-style room. The facility has been renovated and is beautiful in many places, but there are some old spots here and there, and I wish they would do a little better. In particular, the sliding doors in the room were full of stains, which stood out because the rest of the room was clean. Also, it was a shame that the showers in one place in the room, in several places in the public bath, and in the private open-air bath did not come out well and only had a trickle of water. The private open-air bath was open for free in the morning, and the view was spectacular. The breakfast was delicious and I was glad that I was able to enjoy the golden sea bream. The staff at the facility are polite and kind, and overall I am very satisfied.

Four of us stayed here for the weekend and it was very greay experience. We booked japanese style room with half board included, and everything we ate was delicious and even the kids loved it.Check in time was quick, easy explanation, and they give us welcome drink while we wait.Parking spot available ✅Room was spacious, clean, a lil bit old but thats okay. Washroom also nice spacious & have all the amenities we need. So you dont need to bring anything.Onsen / public bath was great, clean, spacious. They have baby crib inside. After onsen dont forget to buy the izu milk, it was so good and only cost you ¥200 / bottles.Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone who’s looking for quiet getaway.

I stayed for one night in a suite with an open-air bath. The room was very spacious and had a great view, so I was able to relax.Especially the dinner was wonderful and I was very satisfied. From Shizuoka beef to local Izu sashimi, I couldn't help but enjoy the drinks. After the meal, I was able to enjoy warabi mochi (warabi mochi) in my room, and I was very impressed with their hospitality. If I have a chance, I would like to stay here again.

I heard that it was renovated in March, so I made a reservation!▼RoomThe room is simple but very spacious and comfortable. The water surface of the attached open-air bath and the light entering the room were very beautiful, and I felt time passing quietly, making it a very relaxing room. The water temperature in the open-air bath was just the right temperature, perfect for those of us who wanted to take a long bath (^-^)▼RiceDinner and breakfast were just the right amount for people around 30 years old! Also, I didn't eat much, but it was so delicious that I ate it all lolThe concept seems to be local production for local consumption, and the dishes are made with local ingredients, and the fish dishes and abalone were especially delicious.▼OthersThe location is very good, as there is a shop diagonally opposite that serves delicious gelato and bread. You could take it out and eat it in your room, or you could eat it on the beach while taking a walk!Amenities are minimal, no lotion etc.The hairdryer and chantry are Refa, so people who care about their beauty will be happy (*´-`)!There were a lot of young customers overall, and I was relaxed, wondering if it was an anniversary or birthday date.
