I stayed at Umi Style Twin in 2023.As soon as we got off the ship, we were able to leave our luggage at Hotel Miyajima Bessou, which was right in front of us, and we were able to walk around Miyajima, which was very convenient.I could see the sea in front of me and the scenery was nice.It was interesting to see the shape of the unit bath in the room for the first time. There are a variety of menus for both dinner and breakfast, and a message from the hotel states, ``Hiroshima is a treasure trove of food, so please enjoy the natural flavors of the ingredients.Miyajima villa cuisine is fresh, safe, and delivered from local contracted farms in Hiroshima.'' We use safe ingredients and use cooking methods that bring out the deliciousness of the ingredients. It's healthy, delicious, and allows you to enjoy the natural flavor of the ingredients.'' So I was really looking forward to it. All of them were very delicious. The hotel staff carefully provided us with information about sunset, sunrise, high tide, and low tide times. I was told that I could still walk to the Otorii gate early the next morning, and I was able to see the sunrise from the Otorii gate. It was a wonderful memory.Thank you for your help. thank you very much!

We stayed as a group of four with our children, ages 11 and 3. Stayed at Standard Force. In conclusion, it was perfect for a family stay and I'm really glad I stayed there.I think it is probably an old hotel that has been renovated, but it has been renovated quite well and the whole hotel has a clean feel to it.The room is spacious and comfortable, even for 4 people. It's good to have a solid entrance frame. However, although there is a bath, there is no changing room. The large public bath is clean and has a very good tatami floor, so personally, I don't use the bath in the room and I would like it to be used for other spaces rather than taking up space in the dressing room, so I have no problems with it.The breakfast venue is on the basement floor. It's a buffet, but this is delicious! There's nothing like it, but all of them are above average and delicious. I'm sure you have your own preferences, but personally I liked the taste and selection better than the foreign buffets. The children also felt that this hotel was better than the foreign hotel they stayed at in Hiroshima city. The hotel is conveniently located, right in front of the ferry terminal and a convenience store within 3 minutes walk.In general, this hotel may not be suitable for people who place luxury and luxury as their top priority, but it is a great hotel that can be recommended for families with small children or for people who prioritize relaxing in a reasonably good hotel. is.

We enjoyed a lovely three night stay in a generously appointed room. The bathroom was very large with plenty of space. We enjoyed having a table and traditional screens. …

August 15th day dinner buffetI used it.◆Dinner buffet 9900 yen/personThere was a wide variety of food, drinks, and desserts and it was very delicious. The employees were also very polite and helpful.◆Place2 minutes from the ferry terminalYou can enjoy it without worrying about it.◆Rest spaceThere are 2 rest areas on the 1st floor.●For outpatients only (order drinks and meals. The receptionist will prepare your order.I'm doing it up to the point. )●For overnight guests and day trip guests onlyloungeA spacious and relaxing spaceWe had free drinks and had a good rest.◆Hotel reception serviceThe customer service of the elderly man at the hotel reception was the worst.●While sightseeing in Miyajima, my mother became unwell and took a break.Order drinks at the hotel.Your order was handledUnpleasant attitude of an older male employeeI haven't sent out the slip yet!I was randomly handed a slip.●Since I had booked the dinner buffet, I went back to the hotel.I tried to talk to an older employee to pay for the buffet, but he repeatedly ignored me. I once thought that I couldn't hear it, but since I was right in front of it, I could tell that it was being ignored.I talked to them several times and they seemed to have no choice but to respond.Talking about paying for the buffetMy attitude has changed to a more polite one, which is 180 degrees different from my previous response.●I was guided to an outpatient-only area, but if I had booked a day trip dinner, I was told that I could use the lounge, but I only found out about this 30 minutes before dinner.●After paying for the buffet, we finally took a break in the lounge. We were told that we would be informed when the buffet was ready, but even 3-4 minutes before our reservation time, we were not informed and asked for directions. The employees didn't know what we were doing and were delayed by 5 minutes. I get the impression that the communication is not possible.Customer service is very polite, except for the older employees. The hotel has a relaxing space, and the dinner is delicious⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️However, I gave it a star because the customer service was so unpleasant from noon that I couldn't enjoy it.If you can't afford it, just like any other hotelWouldn't it be better if we stopped taking day trips? Also, why not change your attitude depending on the person?
