It was very convenient to be close to Miyajimaguchi Station and the pier. The room is really simple, just a bed, a small desk, and a chair.I arrived at the hotel late at night and just slept for the night, so it wasn't an inconvenience for me to stay the night. However, when I looked under the bed, there was a lot of trash, including plastic bottles and sock tags. There was also a lot of dust accumulated. The futon was a down comforter and was warm, but there were a lot of stains, so I was reluctant to hang it.Even though I expected the space to be small and the facilities to be inconvenient, I wanted the minimum level of cleanliness, so I gave this rating. Not recommended for those who are nervous.I read other people's reviews in advance and brought a bag hanger with me, and it worked great. The staff was polite when I called.

It’s true, it’s seen better days and honestly if I could volunteer to help a little I would because there’s a lot for one person to do which is why it needs a little TLC. BUT…you’ll be entering into making a reservation knowing you’re on a budget so don’t expect the Hilton Hotel. It has everything you’ll need and actually the communication from the owner is thorough and frequent, polite and respectful too. The train station is very close by as are many amenities. Free wifi with a strong and fast signal too. I really recommend this place, it has a lot of character.

Someone wrote it, but it doesn't matter if it's cheap or bad.About the guest rooms. This is a minus star. First, the walls are thin and you can hear outside noise. Naturally, the sound from my room also leaks out. This is common, so I can still forgive it. Next, the window. It won't open. You can't see outside because of the lace. This made me feel very uncomfortable. Next, the bed. This is way beyond the worst category. Bunk bed. When I lay down, I hear a creaking noise. At first, I could barely tolerate the creaking noise. but! All you have to do is lie down on the bed. Just by lying down, the wire mesh supporting the mat came off. And a total of 9 pieces. This surprised me. Shared kitchen? A container of instant noodles was left in the sink after eating.Additionally, the door to the men's urinal toilet on the third floor won't close, so you have to use a lot of force. However, the location was the best for sightseeing in Miyajima. A convenience store, a udon restaurant, and a family restaurant within a short walk. Again, the location is good, so if you can close your eyes to what I mentioned earlier, you may want to stay there. At least I won't go again, nor do I want to go.

As the surrounding hotels were full, we stayed here as a family of 5 with children.First, there is a self check-in. The lobby was hot and I didn't like walking barefoot on the floor. No shoes are allowed, and slippers such as Crocs are available, but I used the ones I had brought with me. The rooms are really simple.I was worried about other people's reviews about dust mites on the futon, so I hurriedly bought some insect repellent spray at a convenience store and used it. As a result, I didn't get stung overnight.I stayed on the third floor, and there were four toilets and one shower. There was black mold and other stains on the shower door, which was a concern when using it.There was body soap, shampoo and conditioner, but I used what I had brought with me.There is only one outlet in the room, which is inconvenient. It was fine for us because we brought an extension cord with us, but I would like to think more about having one outlet in a room for four people.I have stayed in hostels with my children several times, but this one was the lowest.Since we were 5 people, one room wasn't enough, so we booked two rooms, but since one of our children was small, we were able to share the bed or bring a mat, so if we wanted to stay in just one room, we could have stayed, but we could have stayed in one or two rooms. I booked two rooms because they were the same price. It was 18,540 yen, but the roadside hotel that I usually use is cheaper (even during the busy season, it costs about 15,000 yen for 5 people staying), and it's more beautiful, and it also comes with all-you-can-drink coffee and tea, as well as a light breakfast, so I say that. Compared to this, this one is super expensive considering the quality and cleanliness of the room.I gave it a total of 2 stars because the location is good and there is a convenience store and udon restaurant nearby, so I thought it would be fine if I was just going to sleep for one night.

Outside the place there is a sign that says 1800 yen per night. I think the cleaning of common areas can improve. What bathrooms and showers were clean. The person went out of his way to be helpful.
