Just like people, a car rides an elevator, goes from the first floor to the fifth floor, and gets off. Ah, the car stopped right here and listened to me, and the elderly guide told me that he was probably from the hotel, which was really disgusting. For hotel users, I will explain this on their behalf. It's a car elevator, just like a person. The front tire gets stuck in the groove and the tire stops temporarily, but slowly get over it and once it stops in the groove again, put it in park, open the window from the driver's seat, press the 5th floor button that can be seen, and press the close button. Get off at the 5th floor, get a ticket, park your car, take the elevator down to the 1st floor, get your key at the front desk, and check in. Thank you for using our service. And no explanation needed. Even so, it's unpleasant to go up in a car. After checking in, we headed out for a drive until dinner time. The exit payment machine was free for the first 60 minutes, so there was no charge. I came back from the drive and there was no one to explain it, it was deserted. I got into the elevator with three people still on board. The parking fee for the overnight stay was free, but when I checked out by 11 o'clock on the second night and returned home, the parking ticket was not processed electromagnetically, and a charge of 4,000 yen and several hundred tens of yen was displayed. I canceled my order, backed up, parked the car, and processed it at the front desk on the first floor. If you don't ask, there will be no explanation. The customer service was good, but I wonder if there are any guests who pay for parking without knowing it. I made a reservation because it said parking was free. You may pay by mistake. An impression of dishonesty. They didn't explain the ticket in advance, which made me feel bad. Are there any customers who pay for parking and drive home, dissatisfied, even though it was free? If it exists, you will gain a small amount of money, but you will lose a large amount of credibility. The hotel will only lose its profits and the gratitude of its customers. no one is happy. If I was going to have to pay a parking fee every time I enter and exit, and then be charged 4,000 yen for overnight parking at check-out, I would have chosen another hotel. You have already read the reply. The problem is that there is no explanation of parking tickets or electromagnetic processing when checking in. It doesn't matter to guests whether it's an affiliated parking lot or a hotel parking lot. Guests watch this as part of the hotel's response. There is a lack of awareness that they are accepting reservations even though they are advertising free parking. It is in your interest to thoroughly explain the information at the front desk. This is an affiliated parking lot. It would be nice to respond in a life-sized way.

We stopped to go to Okunoshima the next day.I'm grateful that it's close to the ferry terminal.I think the building is quite oldThe room key was a key, not a card, but it had an automatic lock. There are some stains on the carpet, but the rest has been thoroughly cleaned. The hotel is only on one floor, so where is the room? It becomesI didn't notice any noise from the room next door.

A hotel located in front of Mihara Station. Using this hotel as a base is convenient for touring the islands of the Seto Inland Sea.An old hotel. The carpet is dirty and shows its age. The toilet is also old. But considering the price, it's enough. If you're looking for a clean hotel, it's right in front of this hotel. The thing I found most convenient was the ice maker. And the paper cups in the ice maker are large.Although the building is large, the hotel portion is only on the 7th floor. There are also two elevators, so there is no need to wait for an elevator. This point is also convenient.

It's honestly an old hotel. Although we arrived on a very hot day, the air conditioner in the room was not turned on, which was a huge disappointment, although I understand that they are trying to conserve energy.Well, it's cheap! The location is great! It's close to the station, there are plenty of restaurants, and there's no problem with parking. The customer service at the front desk was also good!

Easy to use location in front of the station. The drawback is the smell of cigarettes, but the lobby and cleaning staff are very helpful and kind. Also, I'm grateful that check-out is at 11 o'clock.
