Great hotel for staying on the island. Friendly staff. They offer some food options. Woke up early to enjoy all the island has to offer here.Only complaint is that the microwave available to guests is absolutely unusable and old. Food never warmed up in it, but the plastic was nearly melted. Very odd machine.

I had planned to eat dinner outside, but a few days ago I was informed that most restaurants would be closing at 6pm, so I added dinner at the last minute. However, there were actually some restaurants that were open at night. Dinner at the hotel was poorer than I expected, and I didn't think it was worth the additional charge of 7,700 yen per person. It didn't really feel like Hiroshima. The room wasn't facing the sea so I wasn't expecting a view, but the mountain slope was right in front of me and I couldn't open the window, which was another disappointment. It was a shame because all the employees were very kind and pleasant.

This is a wonderful hotel where you can feel the thoughtfulness of the hotel staff to make your stay in Miyajima comfortable. The dinner, in particular, was exquisite, and you could feel the chef's attention to detail. Additionally, the Great Torii gate of Miyajima, which can be seen from the room, mysteriously changes its appearance during the day, night, and morning, allowing us to experience Miyajima that can only be experienced if we stay overnight.
