A dirty guesthouse. I only stayed there one night, and what was my surprise to discover a bed flea in my bed when I woke up. I then contacted the owner, who offered no real solution other than canceling my reservation. I had to find another guesthouse urgently, which caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. In addition, there is never any staff on site, and check-in is done independently. I also caught scabies during my stay.This guesthouse ruined my stay in Hiroshima. I strongly advise against this establishment. This is the first time I have seen such an abject place in terms of cleanliness.

The hostel is left unlocked, there is no security for your stuff. There are no staff members there to deal with any issues you may have.The hostel is a couple of dorms made up bunk beds with paper thin walls, you can hear everything and light pours in from every direction. The AC doesn't work properly and the entire place is boiling, the common area is tiny and the bathrooms are dirty.For some reason there is no etiquette amongst the guests, most of the people there are rude and disrespectful. Some guy took two phone calls in the middle of the night, another lady was watching anime without headphones on.Don't waste your money, go somewhere else.

If you want to open a hostel, with all that this implies (cleanliness, coexistence, possible violence, misunderstandings, inquiries...) It cannot be done without a customer service. From the time you go in to check in until you leave there is no possibility to talk to anyone.This fact means that if there is a problem it cannot be handled OR that you have to deal with it personallyVery questionable cleanliness with water stains in the shower and toilet and a rotten smell. Note that there are no kitchen utensils, not even chopsticks or a plate. No shower towel either.We won't be back

Very disappointed. You do the check-in yourself, we have come across several occasions helping people who came to do their check-in (it's not our job!). The facilities are dirty. The two nights we spent there we had problems with drunk people in the hostel - noise and disrespect. A fact that would improve if there was someone at the reception. We do not recommend the hostel, although the location and price are good.

Perfect located to explore Hiroshima and Miyajima. Easy check-in and good online communication with host. Bathrooms are clean, rooms as well. It’s all a bit narrow but guests were respectful not being too noisy or messy with their stuff. Ear plugs are provided. Check-in is only from 4pm, a bit earlier would be actually nice. Other than that for this price totally recommendable.

I would have given it 0 stars.You will never see the monster who dares to rent these rooms, probably because he is ashamed.To flee, I have a grudge against the type of person who has no shame in crowding people to this extent.In terms of hygiene, you cannot stay in the room from 12 p.m. to noon because it is “cleaning time”.However, in 3 days on site the cleaning was never done: the toilets still smelled just as bad (the petals on the flush full of dust or mold do not change anything), the showers still had moldy edges, the sinks were full of hair and other substances. All 3 showers were terrible, 2/3 of the toilets were worse.Service-wise it's not better: when you arrive you have to make your own bed (ok no worries), but with a stupid sheet, too small for the mattress? Good. Do you still want to shower? No worries, it's 100yen per towel.It's not much, it's not the problem, but charging for that is really being a rat.And that's the impression the place gives: 2 bedrooms, one with 8 beds, the other with 14.22 beds, so the common area is just a corridor, we're crammed in as much as possible with a sole concern for profitability.Also, no lockers to store our belongings, most of which are lying on the floor in the room. Fortunately we have lockers for 8, in size 10cm by 20cm by 40cm. So passport and wallet only, and this for the lucky ones who arrive first since there are only 8 for 16 :)
