Right next to Hiroshima Station, the location is good, and the service and customer service is top-notch.As the name suggests, it is actually a cafe in the lobby of Hotel Granvia Hiroshima.The sofas and construction are a bit dated, but the customer service and coffee and tea are excellent.The cake set is also recommended, and the orange juice is expensive at 1200 yen, but it seems to be made with domestically squeezed juice.It's a hotel cafe, so it's more expensive than a regular coffee shop, but I think it's still in a reasonable price range.It was closed during the coronavirus pandemic, but it seems like it has reopened.There aren't as many lines as at the cafe on the second floor, so it's a little-known spot.

There are flies flying around, and the food isn't all that delicious.I received a free parking ticket, but I didn't have enough, so I had to pay for it myself.The staff keeps staring at me, so I can't even eat in peace.Will never go there again.

Cafe lounge useAlthough the facilities and furniture such as sofas are old, there is plenty of space between the seats and the seat next to you, so you can have a conversation without worrying about the seat next to you.The customer service is also of high quality.
