The hotel is brand new, with some useful technologies implemented, which is nice. The check out time is too early at 10 am, but the TV will alert you to this and make it possible to extend one, two or three hours for a fee. The rooms are really small, so be aware of that. The hotel is right next to a railroad track, and the soundproofing isn't on par, so if you get a room with windows facing that way, be prepared for the sound of frequent trains passing by.The biggest problem with the hotel though, is that there are several Apa hotels in Hiroshima, and when providing the address details into Google Maps, it is not easy to find. It's just listed in Japanese, while the others are also listed in English. They are not too far apart, so ended up going to two other Apa hotels, on opposite sides of the train station, before being directed to the right one at the second Apa location. There should have been a lot better information for this for international travellers. It was also a problem when taking local taxis, that they didn't know of this new hotel, and due to language barrier would head off to different Apa locations before being directed to the right one. When trying to communicate this problem to the staff at the hotel, it's impossible due to them not speaking English. Breakfast at the hotel is decent, but expensive. A chef there was english speaking, which was really helpful.

It had just opened, but it was disappointing.First of all, regarding the location, it's right next to the railroad tracks, so you can wake up to the sound of trains passing by.Also, when I woke up in the morning, the bathroom was filled with the smell of sewage. The smell went away after I flushed the toilet once, but the smell was terrible even though I had the ventilation fan on all night.Also, there is no soundproofing as you can hear the sneezes of the person in the next room. This is the first time I've been to a hotel that doesn't have soundproofing like this.The room I used had a door inside the room that could be connected to the next room, but I felt scared to use it alone even if the door was locked. .

I visited when it had just opened on October 1, 2024.There is an automatic check-in machine, and once you register as a member, you can enter smoothly.The parking lot is multi-level and costs 200 yen for 30 minutes, 1500 yen for 24 hours.There is a microwave oven, ice maker, automatic ticket vending machine, and laundry on the second floor, and there are two drum-type machines, so it may not be suitable for long-term stays.I wonder if the elevator carpet is bright red because they are conscious of Chinese people?There is a trouser press on each floor.Enter the room with a card keyThere are amusements availableThe table is large and suitable for business, but there is a large mirror in front of it so it doesn't feel comfortable.The room is small, but by making the room smaller with guidance from the TV, they are eco-friendly and save on utility costs.There are many outlets on the bedThere are universal outlets at the tables, so it's friendly to foreigners.Natural water bottle available
