The rooms are spacious and clean, and best of all, you can see the ocean. The food was delicious and pleasing to the eye as well. The portions were perfect, and they packed up what they couldn't finish with the final rice pot, so I could enjoy it in my room. I had it after taking a hot spring bath and relaxing in my room, and it was a great meal to have when I was a little hungry. It was delicious even when it was cold. Check-out is also at 12:00, so I was able to take a leisurely soak in the hot springs in the morning and take a walk around the area after dinner, so I was able to really relax. I look forward to working with you again.

Excellent hotel right by the ocean with great view of sunset. Service was impeccable and rooms are large and very well appointed, with practical layout and good amenities.Everyone at the hotel was friendly and very helpful. We also had the kaiseki dinner and breakfast with our room. Food was seafood forward and a bit fusion rather than overly traditional. Our waitress took extra care of my mushroom allergy after noticing it during dinner and ensured my breakfast the next day was free of mushrooms as well.Wish there was an option for private in-room onsen though but that's a minor point. Tip: there are fruit popsicles available outside the onsen, as well as beer tasting. (I also wish we could buy the Hoshino face wash they have at the hotel to go as it was pretty great!)

This was an experience that didn’t work out for us. An expensive mistake as this is not a cheap stay. The hotel is a large (in my eyes ugly) dark grey building overlooking the sea with far reaching magnificent views. …

[Very comfortable and high quality accommodation]Stayed here as a family of 3 (Sunday night)・This was my first stay at Hoshino Resorts.・Many of the staff members are young, but I could feel their hospitality.・All rooms had ocean views and were comfortable. It wasn't very spacious, but it had a relaxing design.・The bed was of a low level type and had high quality bedding, so it was very comfortable.・The large public bath and open-air bath were large enough and comfortable.・I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the draft beer and ice cream service on the 8th floor after bathing. There was also a number of seats on the deck, so I was able to relax. The wind was strong and my feet were dark so I fell down.・The breakfast and dinner venue was a semi-private room, so I was able to relax and enjoy my meal with just my family. The staff in charge were very kind.・We had plenty of time to check out until 12:00.・It was a satisfying two days until the end.Honestly, I was prepared to go to the site because the posts here were pretty harsh, but I found the quality to be much higher than I expected. I thought I would repeat the experience at other Hoshino resorts.

A renovated apartment building. But what I'm concerned about is the hallway. The view of the sea from the bath is beautiful, but the large public bath was a little rough, and I thought there was still a lot of room for improvement in terms of the design of the open-air bath. When you soak in the bathtub, you can't see the sea at all.The room is clean but something is missing. Why?Each item of the meal was delicious🎵, but I had the impression that there was no main dish like this.As expected of Mr. Hoshino, the staff's response and explanations were excellent🙇Considering the total cost, I would have liked the bath or meal to have some kind of impact. The all-you-can-drink draft beer after the bath was great though.

Everything is amazing, especially for the staff. The staff here are very nice, helpful with a positive working attitude :) Before arriving the hotel, our train is suspended due to typhoon, but staff here still make us a flexible arrangement for our check in and dinner, we are very thankful. Besides, my mom lost her backpack on the train before arriving the hotel, staff here are really patient and really willing to help us, finally my mom got her backpack back successfully! I and my mom spent a really wonderful time here. The public bath on the rooftop is also really great, it is sea-viewed and has a good ventilation! We will definitely stay in Kai ANJIN again if next time we come to Ito.
