I have used it many times...I wonder what it is, but it's still the same.Whenever I come here, I have doubts about the response of the people at Bell.Even when I arrived at the door, there was almost no greeting, and when I visited in October 2024, the hotel staff said to me, "Seriously!" ? That's how it ended... I am a person staying in the tourism industry, but I wonder if this is just a word used by hoteliers for guests...

I used it for single morning buffet on weekdays. My impression is that the rooms are surprisingly average and the old furniture is well kept. It didn't have the brilliance of the video. Is this the case for a double room? The customer service was very good, and I was surprised that there were Japanese and Chinese restaurants within the hotel. Expensive. There were cakes sold next to the buffet, and they looked nice, so I had a caramel cake in my room. It was salty and the dough was chewy rather than crunchy, which didn't suit me.I was happy that the buffet had honey in the yogurt. The pudding was especially delicious! One piece of meat was grilled luxuriously, but I didn't see the grilled meat, probably because there weren't many of them.Tomato juice is salty! The inside of the apple pie was mushy and didn't fit well. The customer service and service was very good.I used it for about 10,000 yen, but on holidays it was 20,000 yen. I thought 20,000 wasn't worth it.The granola buffet, the restaurant's prices, and the fact that most of the customers were foreigners made me wonder if it was aimed at foreigners.

·OverviewIn 1978, during Hiroshima's urban reconstruction, ANA Crowne Plaza was established, directly constructed on the site of the historic Kotaiji Temple, which has a 500-year history (the hotel entrance still preserves remnants of the Atago Pond). The hotel was even acclaimed as the best national architecture during the Showa era.In 2007, the hotel underwent renovations and was refurbished again last year, focusing solely on the executive floors and executive lounge.·LocationThe hotel boasts the best location and views in Hiroshima. Surrounded by the city's largest commercial district, Chugoku Department Store, and bustling shopping streets, it is conveniently located near bus stops and tram stations.Adjacent to the hotel is the Shiragami Shrine, once a prominent landmark alongside the Kotaiji Temple.·RoomsAs an IHG Diamond member, I stayed in a newly refurbished room on the executive floor. At 30 square meters, it is the second-largest among the three newly renovated room types, providing ample space. The gray-tone decor with walnut accents is quite pleasing.·RestaurantsAs a Diamond member, breakfast is only available in the executive lounge, with a variety that doesn't quite match the lobby's offerings, but the service is commendable.Afternoon tea in the lounge is passable but not as good as in other hotels. The Happy Hour menu is average, but the drink selection is comprehensive and thoughtful. The view from the executive lounge is impressive, offering a panoramic view of Hiroshima city, Miyajima, and the Seto Inland Sea.
