I made a reservation on the travel site Jalan over 2 months ago.At the front desk, I was asked to fill out a form that was rudely handed to me, and then I was told that my room was in an annex and was shown around. The room was on the second floor with no elevator or escalator.When I entered the room, there was an indescribable strange smell. As a person with a disability, I was shocked at the environment, which was far from barrier-free.When I talked to the front desk, I was told that since I had a contract with Jalan, Jalan was responsible for everything.I was told that if I wanted to change rooms, I would have to pay the full amount for the room under my current contract. Since I couldn't afford that, I had no choice but to stay in that room.The blade of the air conditioner broke and I couldn't sleep because of the noise that sounded like cicadas all night long.I had booked a room for 4 people, but there were only 2 beds.There were futons for the remaining two people.It's obviously supposed to be a double room.There is no end to it if you go there, but if you put the blame on the hotel, it will all be Jalan's responsibility. I don't think I'll ever stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a cockroach...I decided to take care of it myself because of the location.It's a super high-end business hotel, which is expensive for a hotel, but it's an expensive hotel.It was a bit disappointing to stay at a surcharge during the busy season.There was no water in the shower, so I contacted the front desk, but they said they were fully booked, so they said they would contact me as they didn't know when it would be available again...I wanted to say that if I couldn't use it because it was full, I should add more tanks or not make it full, but I held back...😭I'm just astonished at how they treat customers as if it's natural for them to put up with it.The good thing is that the Sri Lankan staff worked hard together and I was impressed with the service. ⭐︎5The food was quite delicious ⭐︎3My anger has subsided a little! ️Personally, I won't be staying there next time.

I stayed with my two dogs.The room was spacious, with plenty of dog amenities, and the cage was large.Each room also has an open-air bath, so you can take a bath whenever you like and relax.For this price, I think it's great to be able to stay with your dog, have that kind of food, and have a spacious room.

The services do not live up to expectations. We had no view, the room had no charm, the staff did not welcome you when you arrived (I mean saying hello and simply starting to check in). Breakfast is ok. The onsen is good.

This is an inn that is working hard. I've stayed here nearly 10 times already. You can also bring your dog to Miyahama Onsen. The room has an open-air bath. Then, if you go to the new building next to Livemax Miyahama Ocean, you can also use the large public bath and sauna. There is also a bedrock bath. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style. It has definitely evolved from before.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days.At first I went because I looked at the reviews.I went there with some trepidation as there weren't any good reviews, but at first I was treated very politely at the front desk, and although the reviews said that the room was dirty, I was concerned because there was just a bit of dust in the corners. It wasn't dirty at all. The room was very clean and I was very satisfied!The air didn't feel like dust, it was cozy and I was able to sleep and bathe comfortably!I was a little concerned about the curtains when taking a bath,There was no problem as long as I hung the curtains so I couldn't see my surroundings.Meal Move from the annex to the main building andIt was a buffet style at a restaurant!It was very delicious and even though the time limit was one and a half hours, I was able to eat it slowly and never felt like I was missing out!Even if we ran out of food, they would immediately give us more, so no matter what time of day we went to the buffet, it wasn't unfair.I think it doesn't matter what time you head out to eat!The large public bath on the 9th floor of the main building is very spacious.The temperature is perfect and you can slowly put it in comfortably.It's beautiful and there are no problems!Perhaps it was because it was late, but it was reserved for just one person lol!There were some reviews about the room next door being noisy, but this may depend on the location.The room I stayed in was very quiet.I would be happy if you could use it as a reference!

I used this for my first trip with my pet.The building is not new, but I think it can't be helped since pets are allowed.Amenities for pets were also nice.The view from the room and the open-air bath in the room were good, and although it seemed like you could see it from the upper floor of the new building next door, once it got dark outside, you wouldn't have to worry about anyone seeing you.Also, although there were some negative comments about the reception at the front desk, the elderly man who dealt with us was efficient and the foreigner who showed us to our room was also very friendly.I would like to use it again.

Contrary to the reviews, the front desk service is excellent.The fixtures were good, but the equipment was old, the room wasn't cleaned properly, the window sash was poorly installed and wouldn't close properly, the wallpaper was peeling off, and the toilet lid kept falling down, hitting my back.The open-air bath in the room was completely visible from the annex (there was no curtain) and the cleaning was not very good.As for the food, it was amazing and delicious!Accommodations where you can stay with your dog are valuable and helpful.postscriptFinally, when I was cleaning up to check out, I found a huge centipede.

I visited this place when I traveled from Yamaguchi to Hiroshima🏃The hotel is divided into the main building and the annex, Aki.The room I stayed in was spacious and stylish.There is an open-air bath (Goemon bath) on the balcony.There is also a toilet and unit bath in the room.We will eat at the main building 🍴At the buffet, we had ice cream and chocolate fondue😋It was delicious.The bath in the main building also has a sauna, and the open-air and carbonated baths were very pleasant✨The view from the rooftop was beautiful 🌅 I could see the ocean clearly ✨

I went there for 2 nights and 3 days with my pet and 4 family members during the New Year holidays. When I arrived before check-in, the person at the front desk (who wasn't Japanese when I looked at the name tag) gave me a really disgusted look, clicked his tongue, and kept hitting everything. This person was extremely rude from start to finish. I have never seen a hotel manager like this before. I wonder why he wasn't fired.Others were similar, but some of the female employees were better.Also, slippers were left in a mess at the entrance, the room wasn't cleaned properly, and the open-air bath in the room was too dirty to even bathe in.The hallway was extremely filthy with piles of used towels.To go to Itsukushima Shrine, there is no shuttle service available from the nearest station near the hotel.The food was buffet and cost 480,000 yen for 2 nights and 3 days for a family of 4 and a dog.In this case, I should have stayed at the nearby Fujiya.I will never go there again.Isn't the other LiveMax similar?Anyway, the attitude of the hotel staff is terrible.

Thank you for choosing this hotel as it allows you to stay with your pet.I came prepared to visit after reading everyone's reviews.It can't be helped since you are already prepared for the stairs leading to the front lobby.However, after climbing the stairs, the mat at the entrance was so wet that water was splashing on it.I later found out that the drainage in the foot washing area next to the entrance was clogged, and the drainage was flowing from the mat to the stairs. The foot washing area itself has hot water, but it is disappointing that the facility is not well maintained.Next up is an old guy from a guesthouse rather than a hotel guy at the front desk. I don't know what you're talking about.Somehow, after checking in, I arrived at my room and the window frame in the hallway was full of dust, as you pointed out 😩 Is not cleaning the room a cost reduction?The first thing that surprised me when I entered the room was that there was no clean seal for the toilet. My hair is falling.The ventilation fan was clogged with dust and the air conditioner had no louvers! It's old and the motor or bearings are making a lot of noise! But it worked well.The satellite antenna on the TV seems to be misadjusted, so I can't even see NHK.The open-air baths in each room of Medama are too dangerous to enter.I have attached a resin wood deck, but it is warped and I can't walk on it barefoot. There is also no shower.What's more, it's completely visible from the main building next door😱There are curtains, but if you have curtains, there's no point in having an open-air bath.I read that the dinner buffet would be less available if it was served late, so I made a reservation at opening time.However, the meat and tempura were cold and crunchy, and there was almost no hot food.It's Miyajima, so if you get steamed oysters, they'll smell raw.This is rude to the customers around me, but I spit it out.As for the buffet, it's best not to expect breakfast either. (However, there are no restaurants nearby where you can eat.)However, although the hot spring in the main building was small, I thoroughly enjoyed it.General review - We do not invest in cleaning or equipment to cut costs. This is a hotel that I am grateful to be able to stay with my pet.*Warning* The flooring in the guest room is slippery! It's okay if you wear slippers, but dogs can slip! Overall, it's good, but I was a little worried that it was out of stock when I went for dinner at the end.The late arrival was not due to the customer's convenience, but because the hotel was at that time, so you should secure the same ingredients as in the previous part.

I stayed here when I went to Miyajima with my family.Both dinner and breakfast were served buffet style with a wide variety of dishes.I felt relaxed and relaxed while looking out at the sea in the large public bath, which had both a bath and an open-air bath.The price was also reasonable and good.

The hot springs and buffet food were good, but perhaps because the bath in the room was an open-air bath outside, mosquitoes came into the room even though it was May, which was a problem. Also, there was a line of ants coming into the room, and it was really creepy.I don't want to stay in this room anymore. I thought it would be a good idea to at least have something like mosquito coils and insect repellent spray in the room.

The annex where pets can stay has no elevator and only stairs. There is no one at the reception desk, so it is a hassle to walk to the main building when you have something to do. It felt like an old inn that had been renovated, so perhaps the equipment was old, and the ventilation fan was rattling and noisy. I thought it would be nice if it was a little brighter and cleaner, with newer equipment.
