When I checked in and entered the room, there was garbage scattered all over the place as it seemed like they had forgotten to clean it.When I called the front desk and informed them of the situation, I was given a room change, but at that time, they spoke in an arrogant tone and were quite unpleasant.A few minutes later, I received a call from the person in charge and was asked to move to another room.Of course, there was no sincerity or language used at all.Although the failure was unavoidable, the attitude and response were the worst.I stay at accommodations for over 50 nights a year due to work, and this was the worst treatment I have ever experienced.

I made a reservation on Agoda, and I received a reservation ID, but it seems like a 6-digit ID for check-in was required from the hotel, so I didn't receive it, so I couldn't check in at the unmanned front desk, there was no air conditioning, and the container was cramped. It took about 30 minutes in a panic at the front desk, and I couldn't get through on the phone...Therefore, I gave it a ☆-1.The room was small with a washing machine, but it was clean, comfortable, and cost-effective.thank you

Unmanned check-in and check-out was easy because you could do it with a QR code.I used it on my bike, and the interior was clean, and I could use the washing machine, which was very helpful.There was also a clothesline and the facilities were well equipped.There was barista coffee at the reception, so I had it in the evening and in the morning.The cleaning staff was kind enough to tell me about the drinks I had forgotten in the fridge.This is my favorite container hotel and I would like to recommend it to my friends.

I was worried because it was unmanned, but the people on the phone were kind and courteous. Thank you for your careful handwritten message. thank you very much. Personally, I like camping trailers and would like to own one someday.

I stayed here for one night while working in Shiga!By chance, when I made the reservation, there was a price of 4,500 yen for 2 rooms per day, so I was able to make a reservation at a bargain price 😄👏Although the hotel is different,I had stayed at the R9 container hotel next door and knew how convenient it was, so I made a reservation immediately.The good thing about container hotels is that when you stay in a rural area, you always have to drive, so it's great that the car is parked right in front of the room you're staying in, making it convenient to go out or carry your luggage anytime.You don't have to travel all the way to check-in and check-out! !Each one is separated, so noise is no problem!PB was glad that the room had a washing machine, microwave, sink, electric stove, etc.Maybe I can cook for myself?I haven't used them all though...lolUnfortunately, the check-out/check-in area was unmanned, so I didn't know much about it the first time I went there, and the container was too cold in Shiga's cold weather (the air conditioner was always on high).Also, the table is too small 😂There is one drug store nearby that is open until late. It might be difficult if you don't have a car 😅If the price is low,This is a hotel I would like to stay at again!
