Spacious and clean rooms, Wi-Fi in each room, air conditioning, TV, etc.The location is good as you can reach Bangkok's major tourist attractions, including Wat Pho, Wat Arun, and the Grand Palace, on foot.There is a local restaurant run by the host's family on the first floor, and the food is good.The only downside is that there is no elevator.

Room for rent near Wat Phra Kaew, Sanam Luang, selling a la carte lunch. Near the Chao Pho Suea Shrine, Bang Lamphu, Khao San Road, Mahanop Road, which is a famous place for selling food in the Phra Nakhon area near Ratchadamnoen Road.

The place is close to the party and souvenir street, the rooms are good and the bed is comfortable, to find the reception they leave a phone number on the door in case you need them, most of the time there is no one

Rooms are large enough. fitted with TV, A/C and hair dryer. The bed is pretty big and comfortable. 2 small water bottles were provided in the room upon our arrival.Although we arrived pretty early (at about 10 AM and the check-in starts at 14:00) they offered s a room where to stay (with 2 separates beds) and make a shower. We refuse it because we wanted our double room as requested and they were kind to keep our luggages until check-in.The reception is only open from 8:30 to 20:30.in the reception lobby, tea or coffee are offered for free anytime (self-service) and there is also a fridge with soft drinks (one has to pay for them).The personnel is very helpful (we only saw one girl - Lek) and even helped us to book a massage to a nearby SPA or even came in very early for our check-out.The hotel is relatively close to Khaosan road, Grand Palace and mana points of interest (we only walked everywhere) although the are doesn't looks so pleasant.There are many local places worth visiting with great food around.Cleaning/change was towel not done daily.Check-in starts at 14:00 or sooner for 300 THB if rooms are available.No elevator available.500 THB deposit for key upon arriving (don't know if they accept credit card debit).

The staff is very polite, helps with any questions. They take care of cleanliness. Near the reception there is free coffee, tea and cocoa, cookies, sweets and bananas. They speak English well.Near the royal palace and the Ministry of Defense, but the area itself is worse than the most unkempt deep village. Strange smells, you can see how dirty they live. After walking along the street, they ran to their room as if to heaven. There is a steep staircase there, and renovations were underway under the windows, the curtains were not opened because the smiling builders immediately waved and smiled at us naked)) well, when they build they also sing.... at 7 in the morning)In general, I recommend the hotel, but not everything else in the area)))

Nice little hotel. Clean and well maintained. Close to all the major tourist stops and Khao San Road. There is no elevator so a five floor walk up is a bit much after a long flight or a long day of sightseeing. Also, no maps of the area were available. In the end I would consider staying again.

Small, family owned Hotel in the centre of Bangkok very close to Khao San Road. Clean and comfortable rooms and very helpful and friendly staff who made us feel welcome and helped us organize tours and book taxi. The owner also speaks English very well.
