The room was nice, the price was reasonable, and it was close to Ueno Station. The staff provided good service and could speak English, but the check-in process was a bit complicated.

It's an okay business hotel. I bought 2 family rooms for 2 people on agoda! It's OK for a couple to sleep in one bed, but it's too bad for a brother and sister to sleep in two small beds! The location is pretty good, with convenient transportation. It's close to Ame Yokocho and has many convenience stores and restaurants. The room is small, but it's okay to put luggage under the bed! The supplies are good, but it’s a pity that the facilities in the hotel are not perfect!***Maybe it’s because I’ve stayed at APA in Susukino, Hokkaido. The breakfast, transportation, facilities... I’m satisfied with everything! As a business hotel, I really think it’s good! At the same price, the apa in Ueno is very different! !If you just want convenience and don't care about anything else, then it's fine.

No service since is an express check-in and check-out. No interactions with staff, everything is self serve. Room was very dirty, don’t know how often the vacuum the carpet, very dusty, nothing is wiped down. Bedsheets were old. Don’t even know if they replaced it after the previous person, gross!!! I found 2 bobby pin on the floor. There was a bug in the bathroom. The hotel looks very fancy, modern and new, but the room wasn’t clean. Only one good thing is they have an onsen on the top floor. Will never go back.

It's great with a bath, and although it's a small room, it has everything you need. Based in Ueno, perfect for sightseeing in Tokyo.

Space room but complete amenities. Large onsen facilities, with indoor jacuzzi (40 deg C), and 2 outdoor bathes (41 Deg C and 42 deg C). Hot, but I enjoy the temperature very muchVery close to subway station, easy to access Asakusa, Ginza or Tokyo station, and direct Skyliner (2500 yen) to Narita airports. Many small eateries with reasonable price around this area, and large Uniqlo and GU outlet within walking distance. Morning market also within walking distance. This is a busy hotel at excellent location. If you spend most of the time sightseeing, shopping, eating good food in Tokyo, and enjoy onsen after long day, but dun mind small room, I highly recommend this hotel.

Try this hotel in Ueno this timeThere is a large bath with hot spring water on the 15th floorHow big is the room? But the location is close to the Ueno JR storeBut having to cross two major roads or go on an overpass will be a little inconvenient for those of us who have to push our luggage. The price of the room is 9,000 yen/night. It’s really nice to have a Semi Double Bed. Secondly, there should be a large bathing place for bathing.Checking in is not that convenient. You have to go to the self-service machine, fill in the address and fill in the box. But I clearly filled it out when I made the reservation. In other hotels, I just filled it out. In my case, I just finished the check. The turtle is done. I have to do this many times😤
