I used it for sightseeing in Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go. This is my second dog trip with my 2 year old Shiba Inu.The room was spacious, and the food and bathroom were good. No need to worry about pet odor.It was a fun trip and I got to interact with a lot of dogs. I would like to go there again if I have a chance.

I've been to Wanpara in Izu, Toba, Hamamatsu, Azumino, and Yatsugatake, but this is my favorite and I keep coming back.In terms of location, even though it's Takayama, it's closer to Hirayu. And my favorite point is that the snowy scenery here in winter is beautiful!Although the building is old, it has the atmosphere of a mountain hotel, and it looks great when the lights come on at night. There is also an open-air hot spring bath, and you can take your time as it is reserved for private use.Dinner is also delicious, and they also have a mochiwanko menu. The dog run is also spacious.

Although it cannot be denied that it has deteriorated over time, I like the history of the hotel and the calm atmosphere. Our dogs also love the entrance stairs, which are unique to areas with heavy snowfall. If you visit here in the middle of winter, you'll notice that they don't spray snow-melting agents on the dogs so as not to put a strain on them. The service is not excessive and they leave you alone in a good way ◎

I visited with my dog.A great accommodation for dogsBaths are reserved for private use only, and the first thing in the morning is from 6am.Meals are very satisfying with the upgrade planIs the cottage a bit woody? The smell was strong.Unfortunately, it was raining so I couldn't take a walk around the area.

Very good. The dog run is spacious and I felt that my dog would have fun and be comfortable there. I was able to spend the evening relaxing with my dog at the dog salon, and it was great to be able to interact with other dogs and their owners. I was also satisfied with the food and hot springs.

I stayed for two nights in a room with a balcony as a base for mountain climbing with my two Maltese dogs. The room was spacious enough and the cage for dog house sitting was large enough for a small dog.You can order drinks and pet meals from the app and have them delivered right away. I was satisfied because the rice was delicious. The bath was a private open-air bath where you could relax and soak in the hot water.

Both the evening kaiseki meal and the morning buffet were delicious.Even if it rains, the open-air bath in the separate private room has an extended awning, so you can take a bath without getting wet.The room was clean and I was able to relax.I felt very welcomed by the employees.

I can't help but feel that the whole thing is old and damaged. However, the staff were courteous and the facility was clean. As mentioned in other reviews, the front desk does not have a bad smell. However, I rarely see dogs wearing manners, so I don't know if they continue to behave poorly. We chose a room with a deck terrace, which is quite spacious for small dogs. As mentioned in other reviews, the smell was not too bad.The springs on the bed are so weird that I can't get used to them. There is an outlet near the bedside. It is convenient to have a fence for easy access to the outside hallway. The hot springs, with some exceptions, are reserved for private use. I think the bathrooms and bathtubs are probably the same size, but I felt like there was a lot of wasted space. By the way, there is no public bath.It is also a short walk from the hotel or cottage (it was raining heavily on the day of our stay). There is also a bathroom where you can bring your dog along, but the bathtubs seem to be separate for people and dogs.I was a little concerned that the meal was scheduled to start at 5:30 pm, which is not the time for adults to start eating. The food was served according to the menu, but the timing was determined by the hotel. Drinks are also expensive. Now that all-inclusives are trending, I think we need to reconsider.Location: You can't come without a car. Why is there such a facility in such a place in the first place? Although it is far from Takayama and Kamikochi, the best part is that you can stay with your dog!

Bears also come to the dog run.https://news.yahoo.co.jp/articles/1f28605d3baea382bb666b7949feed5306423ea4This is a members-only hotel for dogs (visitors are welcome). There is a large dog run and walking path. There are dogs jumping into the river in the summer. In winter, there are dogs running around on the snow.
