It was difficult to understand the instructions for when it was crowded and the procedures for securing seats, and the panels that were open during regular business hours were left open, making it unpleasant to be skipped by people who didn't follow the order.If it's crowded, I'd like to see a panel with the usual instructions to reserve a seat first, or have a staff member call out to me and guide me.

A restaurant at the Calendar Hotel in Viera Otsu Station. You can feel free to use it even if you are not a hotel guest, it has a stylish cafe-like atmosphere, and lunches start at less than 1,000 yen including a drink bar, so it is a great value for money.There are a lot of seats, and it's relatively easy to get in during lunch time, and the tatami seats in the back are right in front of the JR station and trains can be seen through the large glass windows, making it a fun seat for families with children.I wanted to use the power supply, so I asked the staff, and they showed me the seats where I could use the power supply.There was one seat with power at the counter and a four-person table by the wall with a bookshelf.It's not a store that claims to have electricity, so it's a difficult place to use if you don't ask, but it was helpful.

I went there with a friend from high school around December of last year. The food looked good and tasted very delicious. . I arrived at the store around 6pm, and as I was looking at the menu, all the lights suddenly went out. The mirror ball hanging from the ceiling (?) was spinning and flickering inside the shop, and I couldn't see the menu, so I couldn't help but look at the menu with my cell phone's light lol.I wanted you to at least say one thing. (I'm sorry if there is such a performance (?)!!) Well, even if there is, I should say something. I don't think I'll go again.

I visited for lunch.It was reasonably priced and very delicious, and there was a drink bar so I was very satisfied.There are a lot of seats, so I felt like I could stay for a long time even during lunch.It's also close to the station, so I'm thankful for that.

Customer service is the worst.Even though I had made a reservation, I was directed to a tatami area where only families with children were allowed. I asked to change to a table seat, but was told that they were fully booked.However, the tables were empty until it was time to go home. They only have reserved plates and a few seats, so why would they lie? ? ? ?The male clerk's customer service was also terrible and made me feel sick. If you can't respond flexibly, I hope you don't go to the hall.

Directly connected to Otsu Station. Lunch is also reasonably priced, and the seats are spacious so you can enjoy your alone time without being bothered.Free drinks are also nice.

The staff, who seemed to be part-time students, didn't have anyone to help with refills, the drinks I ordered were delayed, and they didn't ask me to ask again or say sorry, which left me stunned! I ordered a party plan, but the meat had a lot of streaks and I couldn't bite through it.
