"2024/10/2 Business trip for about 4 nights"Location...2nd floor of a commercial facility next to Otsu StationThere is an easy-to-understand signboard that says Calendar Hotel, so you won't have to worry about missing the entrance. If you go to the back of the restaurant on the second floor, you will find the hotel reception desk. (As I walked through the restaurant, I was approached by a staff member, and when I told her I was using the hotel, I was able to check in smoothly.)Customer service...After completing the reception, there was a brief explanation of the equipment, etc. If you ask about the parts you are concerned about, they will answer. I didn't feel particularly dissatisfied.Equipment...Inside the capsule (my room didn't have a TV) there was an outlet, a pedestal where you could put things, and a light (you could change the amount of light with a knob). There are facilities such as ventilation fans (which seem to be working or not).I used it in October, and the room temperature was a suitable temperature (may be too hot for people who are sensitive to heat). The air conditioning cannot be said to be excellent, and to be honest, it seems difficult to use it in the summer. The shower room is clean and the washing machine and dryer are free to use if they are empty. The locker room has towels, pajamas (like short-sleeved jerseys), disposable slippers, and amenities that you can take out and use as you like. The lockers are small, but you can easily fit backpacks etc. There is a large free space with several chairs, sofas, and tables, as well as a microwave, pot, water server, manga (of which there are quite a few), and a smoking room.others...It's right next to the station, so you can hear the train noise, but I personally don't mind it.It can be difficult to have people who snore too close to you.thoughts...100 points for this equipment at this price

Central Kyoto has a reasonable price range, so it's good for cost-effective travel alone. It seems far from the center, but it's easy to get there by taking the subway.I went in mid-September, and there was no individual air conditioning or heating, so it was a little hot for me who gets hot a lot (I really get hot a lot). Apart from that, the shower facilities were good and there was a dressing table where you could put on makeup (dry your hair while sitting down). Skin care and makeup are also available if it is not crowded) and you can store suitcases and have a quick meal / There is a convenience store and a subway station nearby, so it is easy to get around / It is also a restaurant, so you can stay until breakfast or dinner if the time is right. Staff are generally friendly

Although smoking is prohibited, the women's shower room smells very strong of smoke. The bed makes a lot of noise whenever it is moved. The pillow was too small and hard to sleep on. Only good thing is the location.

It's a capsule hotel.bar? Cafe? At first, I didn't know where the hotel entrance was because it was attached to the entrance, but a staff member called out to me.This is a two-tiered capsule with a curtain.Inside the capsule, there is an outlet, a clock, and a drink holder. Lighting can be adjusted with a dial. There was also a ventilation fan button. The shower, toilet, and sink are all in one place, and there is also a washer and dryer.Amenities include pajamas, disposable slippers, bath towels, face towels, disposable razors, combs, and hand soap and hair dryer in the washroom. There are no cotton swabs or tissues. The shower room comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. There are things like diatom mats, but there are also foot wiping mats, so after each person uses them, you can put them in the collection box for hygiene. The common area has manga, a water server, a microwave, and disposable chopsticks. You can relax while reading manga. There was a seat by the window with an outlet, so I did some computer work. The inside of the capsule is very clean, and the common areas, bathrooms, and toilets may not be as clean as they should be, but I guess 80% of people don't care about that.Japanese capsule hotels are of high quality. The staff are also very responsive.

It is located within the station facilities of Otsu Station and is very convenient. The restaurant and hotel are integrated, so we used the restaurant. The food menu is small. There is a drink bar, so you can spend a long time in the cafe after your meal.I got the chicken nanban plate. It was delicious.

Cheap, clean, good access, customer service◎No complaints. When I was wandering around or looking for something, the male staff would often talk to me and help me out.Honestly speaking, I would like to see emulsion, lotion, and face wash on the men's floor as well.
