3 generations stayed here. Near Himure Hachimangu Shrine, you can also visit Club Harie and Taneya.I was satisfied with my stay, as I was able to communicate politely with them up until my stay.I was able to relax in a wonderful 150-year-old house, and it was a satisfying trip. The bath, toilet, and kitchen were renovated, and we were able to make ozoni for breakfast.

The owner of the B&B was very nice and had no problem communicating in English. He also helped us pick us up from the station for free. The environment in the house is clean, the supplies are complete, and bicycles were arranged for us. The house is a renovated 150-year-old house, and you can feel the style of the old times when you live in it. There are two toilets, a shower room, and a bathroom with a bathtub, making it convenient for multiple people to stay.

This guesthouse was simply awesome. Stayed here as a group of 6 and there was more than enough space. It is thoughtfully and stylishly decorated with all kinds of beautiful furniture. It had a lovely ambience. It’s also conveniently located near the local shrine and canal, so sightseeing was easy. Would definitely go back!

Sooty bambooMakoto is an inn that blends in with the townscape of the Denken district, and retains the features of a 100-year-old townhouse, but has been decorated using materials that will become more appealing over time, creating a space where you can truly relax. The inn's attention to detail is reflected in the carefully hand-crafted items such as sofas, lampshades, and desks. In particular, the sooty bamboo (Susutake), which has been smoked with the smoke of Okudo over many years and has naturally turned a unique brownish brown or amber color, is spectacular. It was an inn where you could cherish your time and enjoy every moment of your stay as if you were living there. The staff were also very kind and cheerful, and I had a comfortable stay.
