I was pregnant and was the last one to travel with my husband and dog, so I took the plunge and booked the best room.I arrived around 14:50 due to check-in at 15:00, but a staff member came right away and helped me bring in my luggage.Is there a lounge where you can check in? Immediately after being passed through, the dog's water and cookies came out, and then the people's sweets (cold green tea, rice crackers, and something that looked like a chestnut manju) came out, but this chestnut manju... It was so delicious that I wanted to buy it as a souvenir.The room was very clean and there was no dog smell at all, and there was a big window overlooking the pine tree? The sight of Lake Biwa suddenly became surreal.There were plenty of amenities for both dogs and humans.I found it very attractive that the lounge had all-you-can-eat ice cream (about 9 types of Haagen-Dazs and Garigari-kun), and all-you-can-drink drinks ranging from juice to alcoholic drinks, and you could take them to your room.There was juice and alcohol in the refrigerator in the room, which I enjoyed as well.I took a walk along Lake Biwa in front of me, went for a short dog run, and took a bath to kill time, and then it was time for dinner, which I was looking forward to the most.Is it okay to have a dining room? I thought so, but I thought my child would be worried about other dogs and wouldn't be able to eat, so I decided to have a semi-private room (approximately 3,000 yen + for a fully private room, and 5,000 yen for a fully private room).All the dishes were delicious and more than enough. (1 photo of the food)I thought it was playful and interesting because the cold soba noodles, which weren't listed on the menu, were served after the rice and were part of the all-you-can-eat option.My dog ordered a buffet meal.They all looked delicious and ate them all.For breakfast, both of us chose Western food.The bread was fluffy and very delicious.The salads, soups, warm vegetables, and egg dishes were all delicious and enough for breakfast.I can't stop writing about it, so I'll end here, but everything about this inn was really good.They were very attentive to me, even though I was pregnant, and the staff loved the dogs so much that I could tell they loved them.Next time, I would like to stay in a room with a private dock run.Next time I would like to go with 4 people. thank you very much.

Once again, I am happy that I was able to enjoy the staff's kind customer service, their loving words to my dogs, and the delicious food I was able to enjoy with my two dogs.Ah, I want to go back to that place, Matsunoura Bettei, again!! I'm immersed in memories.My mother was also very happy and I think I was able to be a filial child to my parents.I think you will feel more comfortable here than anywhere else. I finally got a reservation, and everything was perfect, and the staff were so responsive and full of kindness and consideration.Of course he was kind to people, but even more so, his care and consideration for the dogs was truly amazing 🥰Plus, my husband was also impressed that his slippers were ready every time he left the smoking area.This will definitely be repeated and will become a regular thing.

Last time we visited for the first time, both the dog and the owner had a very comfortable time.All of the staff were used to working with animals, and everyone played with them a lot and talked to them, which made my dog very happy.The food was delicious, and the one-off buffet was also delicious.☺️The room was thoroughly cleaned, so I was able to spend a very comfortable time there. The customer service from the staff was wonderful. Everyone was really kind, polite and impeccable in how they interacted with my dog.The food was also great and both humans and dogs enjoyed it very much.I had my photo taken on the way home, and the staff worked hard to take the best shot, which was heartwarming until the end.I definitely want to go again! thank you very much! I don't usually write reviews, but the inn was so nice that I wanted to.I had high expectations because I had heard from several of my dog friends that Matsunoura Bettei was great, and it lived up to my expectations.First of all, the hospitality of the staff is amazing. As soon as I arrived at the parking lot, a staff member came to my car and carried my luggage. The dog also remembered the dog's name and was very affectionate, so the dog seemed to be having a lot of fun. He seemed to particularly like the young male staff member who served him at the restaurant, and was following him with his eyes. I also received some juice for my dog as a birthday present.The food was delicious and I was very satisfied. Free drinks and ice cream in the lounge. The amenities are Mikimoto, and the hair dryer is a repronizer, which is great for women.It has become a place I love so much that I want to stay there every year.

I've been wanting to stay here for a while now, but it's so popular that it's hard to get a reservation, so this time I was finally able to make my wish come true.It was my first trip since my son was born, so I was nervous about what would happen, but we had a memorable time.The room was a DX twin, but it was spacious enough, well-cleaned, and very comfortable.I was surprised that there was no strange odor that is common in other pet-friendly accommodations.Also, for the meal, I had not reserved a private room, but they told me that there was space available that day, so they showed me around (I think they were considerate of me because I was traveling with a 1-year-old child), which I was very grateful for. is.All of the dishes were really delicious and so amazing that it took my breath away many times.My husband and I are both big eaters, and we felt that the portions were sufficient for both dinner and breakfast.The price is not cheap, but I think it's a place where you can spend a special time with no regrets.My husband and I have talked about wanting to come at least once a year from now on!
