We stayed in a deluxe spa suite to celebrate my partner's birthday.The hot springs were spacious and there was also a private sauna which was very nice.It was great to have unlimited free drinks until 7pm!However, the cake I ordered at 7pm did not arrive😭There was no one at the front desk after 7pm, so even though I called the nighttime phone number several times, I couldn't get through and I didn't get a call back, so I ended up not being able to celebrate.A great celebration...When I informed them at checkout, they apologized and gave me a refund, but I was left feeling uneasy.Was it forgotten until check-out?It's such a shame as it's a wonderful facility.

We stayed in a cottage with a pool.We had a lot of fun doing all-you-can-drink, campfire, gym, sup, etc.The staff were also very pleasant.However, I may have stayed at the wrong time (stayed on October 6th), but there were a swarm of stink bugs!A large number of stink bugs are attracted to the light of the barbecue at night, and it is no longer a barbecue.100 units of stink bugs will attack you.I hurried back to my room, but several of them came into my room and I was frightened.There were hardly any during the day, but I guess they come closer to the lights at night. When I woke up in the morning, I found a large number of dead stink bugs on the terrace.When my husband counted them, there were over 80 of them. (It seems there were so many that I couldn't count more than 80)There weren't any stink bugs near the campfire, so I'm imagining that the lights in the cottage aren't LED, so they're probably attracted to them.It was a scary barbecue for people who hate insects.I was in a frantic state as the stink bugs kept hitting my body.Please ask the facility staff. Make your cottage lights LED!It's a really nice place as long as there aren't swarms of stink bugs.Next time I will stay in the hotel building.
