I stayed for several nights on a business trip.It was a plan for 10 consecutive nights or more on a certain site, so it was 4,650 yen per night (the unit price increases on Sundays and before holidays. This is the average price). I will write based on that price.Although it is for single occupancy, there are 3 beds. It was a spacious room with a sofa and desk. The bathroom and toilet are unit type, and there is a bathtub where you can stretch your legs and a space where you can put toiletries, so it is convenient to arrange your own small items when staying for a long time. The outlet is of the type that you can't plug in unless you apply the plug and turn it, so if you don't know about it, you might find yourself unable to use the hair dryer💢.As others have mentioned, the lighting is relatively dim. If you turn on everything, including the desk light, the fluorescent light above the TV, and the bedside light, you'll get a decent amount of brightness. In other words, it has a "calm atmosphere".Well, I think tastes differ.Wi-Fi often becomes difficult to connect after 7pm. I guess it depends on the day of the week and the time of day. There are 4 washing machines, each time costs 300 yen and takes about 40 minutes. There were also two dryers, but I'm not sure if they were good or bad since I used my own clothes line. There is no problem if you park in the parking lot in front of the front entrance, but the parking lot in the back has a lot of grass and there is not much lighting (perhaps due to the neighboring private houses?), so it is a little difficult to park and it feels a bit creepy.A buffet breakfast is available on the top floor from 7am to 9am. It was like warmed commercial ingredients, not something cooked in a hotel. It's free, or rather, it's included in the accommodation fee, so it's not as good as a hotel with a chef, but it's delicious. The entire facility has a ``Showa heritage'' atmosphere, and you can feel the vestiges of a luxury hotel. As I wrote at the beginning, I think 4,650 yen is enough.*Added on October 5, 2024There was only one washing machine that you could use for 200 yen. It's a little smaller than the others.

You can see Lake Biwa from every room. The rooms are spacious, but there are some places where the power outlets are a problem. It's old, but it's close to a sports stadium, so it might be a good place to stay if you're in a group of students. It's a good place to stay if you don't mind too much.

It's an affordable stay, breakfast buffet is included, and you can see the Lake Biwa Bridge from your room!Apparently you can store your bicycle in your room, but I rented a stand and stored it in the indoor bicycle storage area. This is a cyclist friendly inn. There is a large shopping mall called Pieri Moriyama and a day trip hot spring about 15 minutes walk away.

The building is in a state of deterioration, but the rooms are being cleaned. The parking lot is full of weeds. . .However, the smell and the deterioration of the equipment were severe, and other business hotel chains have much better facilities and security.Only the price was set high, and the breakfast was also disappointing. The only thing that made me feel good was the employees. This is a typical hotel with bad management.

The building was old, but the room was spacious and had a view of the Lake Biwa Bridge, which was especially beautiful at sunset. The price was cheap and the breakfast was delicious.
