The reception at the front desk is terrible. The air conditioner filter, which others have pointed out, doesn't seem to have been cleaned at all, and it seems like only the mouth is being cleaned.

This is my third time using it. There were a lot of group customers, and breakfast was still crowded. I think the quality of breakfast is in the upper category for hotels of the same class. Even in a crowded place, the employees' cheerful smiles save me every time. The room was clean and I will use it again when I come to Tokyo.

I stayed here for several nights for my child's school event. This is my second time using a twin.I used to use another Toyoko Inn branch, but I changed to this one because the breakfast reviews were good.As per the reviews, the breakfast had a lot of variety and tasted good. There are times when items run out quickly depending on the day, but if you ask the staff, they will restock them for you and then deliver them to your seat. The front desk service was good, especially the night shift staff, who were very attentive both times. This alone made me think it was a good idea to change the store where I stayed. The parking lot is spacious, and although it's a bit of a walk, there are affiliated parking lots, so you won't have any problems.Since I made an early reservation, I was able to reserve a parking lot on the premises, which was helpful. It's right in front of the station, so you won't have to worry about having dinner, and I think the location is good.

The air conditioner in the room was full of mold. I haven't cleaned the filter either, so it's covered in dust. I don't know how much mold and dust there would be if I didn't clean it. Even if you don't have allergies, air conditioners can spread dust and mold that can make you feel sick. I'm worried about whether other areas are properly cleaned. I'm too scared to use the kettle, cups, etc. I think there might be dust on the carpet on the floor as well. Just because the price is low, I don't have to put up with it that much. It would not be strange if it had a negative effect on the human body.

This was my first time using the hotel, and it was conveniently located near the station, and the room I stayed in was well-cleaned, and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. However, the woman at the front desk was unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable. I made a reservation from another site, but when I enter the reservation number received via email into the check-in machine, it says that no data is available. I had no choice but to tell the woman at the front desk about this, and she calmly gave me her number, looking like she was bothering me. I feel like I'm working with another male staff member while grumbling about something. What's more, even though I was explaining to the man who checked in before me about the amenities available at the front desk, he just handed me his card. There was no explanation of where breakfast was served. Maybe the plan is different? I didn't think anything of it at the time, but I've stayed at many hotels both domestically and internationally, and this is the first time I've written a review like this, but this is the first time I've stayed at a hotel where they just put in a card and give it to me without any explanation. There seemed to be a lot of elderly customers, but I wonder if it's okay to be treated like that.Since checking-in was done using AI and saving time, I think we should do something that makes us feel relieved when there's someone there. If you put someone who is not pleasant at the front desk, you will feel bad, so just using AI is fine.

Myself, son (15yrs) and daughter (7yrs) Really enjoyed this nice hotel. Rooms are petite, but my first thought was that it’s so cute who cares. I had to book a smoking room, because it was all that was left for my budget in the area. …
