There are almost no amenities, such as shampoo, beauty products, sweets, costume rentals, or even a free welcome drink. Even the paid food menu doesn't have much to offer. Only 2 bottles of cheap mineral water.The service that we take for granted these days was completely lacking in this hotel. I couldn't feel comfortable because I could see that I was being stingy in many places.The rooms also smell like cigarettes and there is dust on the lights. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the temperature adjustment was poor. On top of that, the price was higher than other hotels, and I couldn't find anything good about this hotel.They were promoting point exchange prizes for paid members, but in the current situation, I don't think there are any repeat customers.It may be that they are only focusing on the highest grade guest rooms. Definitely recommend others.

I used room 507 on June 8th.Like the affiliated company Asia, which I used before, it was well-cleaned and I had a very comfortable stay.The light on the pond in the open-air bath was very beautiful and made her happy.I ate the signature BIG burger and it was very filling and delicious.I would like to use it again when I visit Lake Biwa.

I stayed here for a business trip.I was with my child, and my son, an elementary school student, was very happy with the spacious, clean, resort-like room.There weren't many places to eat nearby, so we ate in our room, but even though I'm not a picky eater, the taste and quantity was enough for me, and my kids enjoyed the fried chicken as well.

I visited room 101 for one night from a neighboring prefecture.I often use affiliated stores, but this was my first time.Unlike other rooms, it is a separate house guide, so from the entrance there is a special feeling and excitement...The first thing you see when you enter is a spacious queen bed bedroom.At the top of the stairs, there was a large bath with enough room for two people, a bedrock bath with mist, karaoke, and an 80-inch TV to create a wonderful space where you could forget about your everyday life.Since I was using it on a weekday, I was able to stay overnight and use it until 12:00 noon, so I was able to spend a very luxurious time throughout the day.By purchasing a member's card, you can enjoy meals and services at a reasonable price, and you can also enjoy authentic Asian cuisine.The food was delicious and the drinks went well (^^)The staff's telephone and reception responses were very good, and I was able to spend my time with peace of mind, making it a wonderful holiday. thank you.If I ever come to Shiga Prefecture again, I would definitely like to use it again.

I stayed in room 101.It was a maisonette type room that was very clean. There is a bed as soon as you enter, and a large bathtub when you go up the stairs! Even though I am a big person, I was able to stretch my legs and relax.The food was Asian and very delicious! This hotel is recommended for people who like vacations and couples as you can experience an extraordinary feeling 🏨
