I have used the affiliated store in Osaka and had a good impression, so I booked this one when I was on a business trip. Even though the hotel is within walking distance from JR Kosai Station and the city hall is nearby, I was surprised to see so many guests staying inside.In keeping with the evolution of business hotels in recent years, you can enjoy a comfortable stay with a large public bath (men only), breakfast buffet, coin laundry, and simple and clean accommodation rooms.The only drawback is that the breakfast venue is small. As a result, the buffet counter and tables are small, and it feels quite cramped when there are a lot of guests. The content and quality of the food is simple but sufficient.I was able to stretch my legs and relax in the public bath. These days, it's becoming a must-have when looking for a business hotel with a large public bath. It costs 6-7,000 yen, so I think it's a very cost-effective hotel.

I think it's a 10-story building with about 100 rooms.However, there is only one elevator.5 minutes waiting for the elevator.However, I couldn't get on the bus because it was full, and I had to wait another 5 minutes, so it took over 10 minutes to get down to the first floor.A crowded elevator is extremely stressful.There are no stairs!The rooms are clean, the service is good, and there is a super fast wired LAN.There is also a large public bath on the first floor, but I stopped going because I was worried about waiting for the elevator.The breakfast venue was unsettling and the food was poor.The elevators are crowded even during breakfast.

AB Hotel is attractive for its large public bath and breakfast, so I decided to stay there on the night of the Lake Biwa fireworks.This was my first time in Konan, and it was a very convenient location as there was a Lawson right in front of it, and a 24-hour discount supermarket a little further down the road. When the parking lot is full, I think the second parking lot opposite Lawson is spacious and you can definitely park there. (See attached photo)There is a bath in the room, but it's nice to be able to stretch your arms and legs in the large public bath. Efficacy was also displayed in the changing room.This time, I was planning to arrive early, check in at the front desk, and wait in the lobby, but they informed me that the room had been cleaned, so I was able to enter the room around 2:30 p.m. I would also like to thank the staff for their courteous response.

The person who ran the coin laundry late at night never came to pick it up.I couldn't send it out because the trouble was so annoying (the front desk was also closed), so I waited, but it was safe as there were 3 cars and 2 people didn't show up.You should be careful about the nearby Lawson Kosai Chuo 3-chome store.There are many reviews on Google,When it gets crowded, the arrogant manager is working the cash register at night.For the first time in a long time, it's so unpleasant that I feel like crying.
