I used the cafe. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm. You can order at the counter or by using a QR code. The carrot cake was spicy and delicious with a rare cheese topping that suppressed the sweetness.The cafe latte was also creamy and delicious.

I can't sleep peacefully.The cleanliness is average, but since most of the guests are foreigners, there are many violations of regulations such as using washing machines and dryers after 11pm.In addition, there were many people who were not considerate and had good manners, such as voices talking around 2:30 a.m., sounds of running around, and sounds of suitcases being opened, closed, and dragged.Now 8,600 yen is too expensive.

My sister and I booked this hostel for three nights through Klook. It was very misleading. We thought we booked a private room. It is 25 people to a room with individual pods. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was extremely hot. The pods were small and claustrophobic. We tried to cancel and the staff would not give us a refund despite the misunderstanding. The hostel was clean and the staff were kind. If you think of booking this through Klook don’t, unless you are cool with having 24 other roommates.

The location is great, the staff is helpful and kind, the bed is clean and comfortable.The reason why I give it a 3 is because I was put in the bed that’s literally right next to the bathroom area. The bathroom area has no separate door so you can hear everything. I was woken up at 6 every morning. And multiple times throughout the night if anyone used the bathroom during the night. I don’t think it’s fair that there’s a bed this close to the bathroom. Additionally, men would spray their strong cologne at 6am and it would come into my area and give me a headache. There needs to be a carrier between the bathrooms and beds.

A nice place to hang with friends or get a bit of work done as there's wifi and lots of outlets at the counter seating.
They have a variety of light meals: sandwiches, curry, soup. There's a good range of desserts and baked goods too. I especially liked the perilla and potato chilled potage.

I used the women's space.The shower, toilet, and sink were clean and easy to use. The bed was clean and the luggage compartment was large enough to be locked. Lay the sheets yourself.I think it would be better if I rented the lower berth because it was a bit difficult to climb to the upper berth.There is no partition between the sleeping floor and the washroom area, so you can hear the sound of the hair dryer. The hallway is dark at night.I thought it would be nice if they could add a curtain between the dining area at the entrance and the floor at the back to make the entrance space a little brighter.There are no partitions on the entire floor, so if the unisex space is the same structure, it will probably feel awkward unless the person using it is someone who doesn't mind being close to people of the opposite sex.The women's space is on the third floor up a narrow staircase, so it may be difficult for people with a lot of luggage or heavy luggage.The floor is generally clean, but there are some parts that are difficult to use because it's dark, noisy, and the stairs are narrow.It's a comfortable place to stay, so I can recommend it, but I probably won't come back again.

The first time I visited, I didn’t know the direction at all. After checking in, the receptionist pointed in the direction of the door. It was obviously very close, but he didn’t even want to go out of the counter to guide me in the direction of the hotel. I had to find the entrance by myself. When I saw the bed, it was even worse. Even the most basic pillowcases and quilt covers were not laid out. The pillows and quilts were completely naked for you to use. I was so surprised! You don't even have the most basic things to operate an accommodation, and you still dare to charge such a price. Please don't cheat money by making a capsule hotel of such poor quality, okay? It's a very disgusting accommodation operator!

I was charged around JPY8380 for a night here for 1 guest, which was above the average of 5000 yen, as indicated by my screenshots. I suspect it was because I was connected to airport wifi, and when I found out I was shocked at the difference. The place is definitely not worth 8000, as it was a capsule hotel. Granted these have more privacy than traditional capsules, it was still very limited space wise. You can't really even talk on the phone unless you're downstairs in their cafe. Towels are extra. I wouldn't recommend booking for 8000.

~~ This Isn’t a Hostel ~~What makes a hostel a hostel?Is it dorm rooms? Maybe the price point or the age of the guests? I’d argue that a hostel is an opportunity to meet other travelers.By that definition, this is not a hostel. It’s a capsule hotel with a cafe around the corner. And clearly I’m a bit frustrated by this. :)If you’re looking for a capsule hotel I’d recommend getting an entry level hotel for greater value.Cons (other than the above):-Cafe isn’t connected to the dorms and isn’t geared towards guests. It’s a standalone business with the same name/ownership.-AC isn’t great in the dorm.-Sheets were washed but stained.-So far I’m not loving the location.Pros:-Amazing name. Idk why it resonates with me so much but it does.-The staff was nice.-The cafe is cute and I’d probably enjoy working there for a day or two.

I used it as a cafe.Both the coffee and desserts are delicious, and I personally like the atmosphere, so I go here often, but I'm curious about the customer service attitude of Bob's chubby female clerk. It seems like you often come in the afternoon, but I wonder if you're an employee. The hostel was also helpful. Also mentioned in other comments. I would appreciate it if you could take measures.
