Location is very convenient.Room is okay, good price. However, the bedroom and toilet are on different floors, the elevator is slow so moving also takes time. Staff ok

This hostel is budget friendly for Tokyo and a great location! Definitely has some pros and cons - travelled with one other friend and we were looking for a cheaper option while still being in Shinjuku and experience the capsule hotels here.Pros:- Budget friendly- Location- Daily housekeeping for pod + new set of pjs, toothbrush/paste, slippers and towels- Has shampoo, conditioner & body wash on showers- Showers are pretty spacious (no additional shelf inside the shower for your own things though)- Good wifi connectivity- Pods were pretty spacious! Equipped with a dimmer, USB outlet and little shelves- Sleep analysis test available (optional)- Luggage storageCons:- If you’re looking to meet other people, this isn’t really the place for you. Usually in common areas you can chat with others but their “lounge” feels like a meeting room/workspace with some cubicles and a communal table. No actual couches, just a bench- Lounge is the only place you’re allowed to eat but only had a vending machine - no kitchenette or microwave- The terrace wasn’t accessible- Lots of people walking in & out of the pods at random hours, personally not an issue for me but was for my friend. May be hard if you’re a light sleeper- Bad air quality in the pods. My nose was constantly stuffy and in the morning, throat and nose was super dry- Only 1 elevator for 9 floors + 1 basement. Not allowed to use the stairs- Difficult to access your luggage, just hope it’s not crowded in your aisle of the locker room! Wish there was an open space where you can go to open your suitcase- Daily housekeeping is from 10am to 2pm and because the hostel is very small, you’re not allowed to access the pods or locker room during this timeOverall, can’t expect TOO much since Tokyo is very compact and limited in space in general.

The hotel is very well located. Facilities are clean and convenient. Lockers are good enough. The area Can be crowded but I usually went there on no rush hour time. The capsule itself is ok. But the mattress is very bad. I would have stayed much longer if it was comfortable enough.Only one elevator which make waiting very looooong for getting in there.Staff are quite rude.

Good location 🗺️: right in the gay district 🌈(which turns out to be very quiet during the week). The staff stored my luggage upon my early arrival. I had the opportunity to open my suitcase to change my outfit and go to the bathroom.I had difficulty checking in at the terminal, a member of the staff assisted me with check-in.The staff 🛎️ is very polite and helpful! The changing rooms were very clean and there were always cleaning products available.Every day, pajamas, sheets, towels, bath mats and toothbrushes are provided (first day in your locker, the following days directly in your capsule. There is a bit of space to open a large suitcase so you have to be organized. The capsule 🛏️: was comfortable. Blanket and cushion available, all sheets are changed daily. The ability to modulate the light is a plus.Connection 🔌:There is a USB A port available. The USB C port did not work unfortunately (capsule 316).The common area on the 9th floor is a good place to work and charge your devices.Small thing to note: there was a recurring whistling noise in my cabin (or upstairs?) It was a little annoying so I put earplugs. In any case, I recommend earplugs to everyone because people around you can be noisy despite them. Please note: no sleeping in as capsule cleaning is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. We have to leave the space. It was my first time in a capsule hotel, I really enjoyed the experience. The value for money is excellent! Thanks to the whole team 🙇🏻‍♀️

Looks very unusual and price is much cheaper than other hotels in Tokyo (2024),and if you are with your friends this will be fun.But unfortunately not for me.There is no space enough to open the suits case, no chair to sit to dry hair. You must check out everyday between 10:00-14:00 does not matter how long you stay at this place. I thought Shinjuku Gyoen side is much cleaner but little bit scummy.Could not find any other place with ok price this season, so I just gave up and dealing with this hotel for several days before the next destination. It was the first capsule hotel experience, it was cozy inside of capsule but need to pay attention to be quiet all the time and I could not be relaxed. And cleaning level is “ awful “ in Japan.Especially shower booth must be done more proper job, this is disgusting. And addition, there are ONLY fresh young girls in this hotel made me feel like I am not invited at all. And the powder room’s mirrors are like located vertical so when you woke up in the morning and look at your miserable face in the mirror, you can see other cute+ fresh peaches every each mirrors and also I noticed they can recognise something not fresh and damaged peach is mixed up in this room. That was a little funny nightmare for me. Well I have to deal this reality another three days, mentally scrapes me little by little, ugh…… :DNeed my husband in here who treats me likePretty princess forever :DHa ha ha( very dry laugh )Updated: I got terrible stomach issues because of too much stress staying here and made another hotel booking inside of the toilet. So I supposed to stay in here for four days but stayed just two nights. I met someone so nice and keeping touch with her since then so at least I got something nice from horrible experience :)Hello Yang I am talking about you ! Mwah !

The bed was large and comfortable. The locker size is sufficient, but getting down to the first floor may be a hassle. The only space to change clothes is the shower booth.Since it's in the middle of a busy area, there were a lot of drunk people around. The cafe where we have breakfast is a little far away.

Best value for money for people who don't want to spend money on accommodation, people traveling alone, and otaku.Especially giving them pajamas every day!!!Three towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers are provided every day.Cleanser to remove makeup is not in the shower room, so bring your own. It's good for solo travelers who don't want to meet anyone. Users are also careful not to cause inconvenience to each other.Someone left an AirPod, but it stayed there for several hours without anyone stealing it.They say it's scary because all the surrounding areas are lesbian and gay bars? I was actually happy that no one was interested in me. Police also patrol frequently. There are many regular bars a bit far away. The location is also close to Shinjuku-sanchome Station, OiOi (it looks like a department store, but the entire building is an otaku shop, which was interesting), Ikebukuro, and Akihabara, so I recommend it to otakus who want to visit them all. There are 24-hour cheap restaurants and all three major convenience stores. The downside is that even though people snore while sleeping, it's really annoying if there are people who don't follow the rule and don't turn off the alarm for an entire hour at 5am. I wanted to scream in 3 languages, but I held back. Other days were okayIt was comfortable as there were many shower booths and places to put things. It's cleaner than other capsules and it's good because there are only women. When staying for consecutive nights, you have to empty the capsule, but it's nice because you don't have to empty the locker. However, the advantage and disadvantage is that you have to vacate the bedroom at 10 o'clock, so you are forced to get up and travel. If you're tired, don't go out, just eat and rest in the lounge on the 9th floor. They don't provide water, but there is a vending machine.Other reviews say the lounge is dirty? It was as clean and nice as I went and the view was pretty.

really cool hotel - for one night! Not suitable for us for several days. You always had to be out of the hotel by 10 a.m. and only had one locker for all your stuff, which can be really annoying. We wished we could have at least left our stuff in the capsule, but we always had to stow everything away. But otherwise really great, very clean, good staff, lovely people and great location! gladly again, for one night.
