As of 2024.9.5I use it for business trips.Because my work schedule was fluidI made a reservation for four weeks, two weeks at a time, but I had to move rooms halfway through. As others have written, it is better not to expect much from Wi-Fi. Depending on the day of the week and time of day, you can connect, but it's not at a level where you can say "Wi-Fi is available."Air conditioning cannot be selected with integrated air conditioning. Some rooms have dials for ``low, medium, high,'' and others have remote controls that seem to allow you to set the temperature, but both are not very effective (cooling). The refrigerator was also small and the room did not cool down after we moved. The cleaning staff was still there, so I informed them and they replaced the refrigerator with the one in the previous room. The power is turned on by inserting the card key, so if you are planning to stay for multiple nights, you can get a replacement card if you tell the front desk. (Maybe any card will work)There are 3 washing machines. 400 yen per time.It will take about 15 minutes more than the remaining time at the start.I don't know if it's because there isn't enough water or it's old, but the "automatic detergent addition" is also questionable, so I put in my own detergent.Because we share the parking lot with a yakiniku restaurant, there were times when the parking space marked "Takara" was full. There were times when I talked to the front desk and they said, ``That's tough.''``I don't want to be too strict, but where should I park?'' I said firmly and finally guided me.To be honest, the reception at the front desk is completely different depending on the person. Some people get annoyed, while others are kind, so if it's an accommodation facility, I would say that the guidance and education is not very thorough.Yakiniku restaurant is the main restaurant, and hotels are only a bonus. That's my impression. However, it is a little more affordable than other accommodations in the surrounding area. The location is close to restaurants such as supermarkets, convenience stores, and fast food restaurants. This is purely for personal reasons, but considering my commuting route, I can live with it.This is an option if you are traveling alone on a business trip, but I would never use it when traveling with a family.

To be honest, the only thing that was good was the Yakiniku set meal for dinner. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the room. It's tolerable for just one night.

Since I was there for a beer, they agreed to let me park early on the day, which was helpful.

Hmm, not that much. Breakfast, rice, eggs, what? Breakfast consists of three small dishes. It may be reasonable, but the repertoire is small. I stayed with breakfast included, but I was not given a breakfast ticket at the time of reception, and I didn't have to give it out in the morning. If you say hello, they will serve you breakfast. eh? Shouldn't it be breakfast only? There are definitely people who just eat. this. There were reviews saying that if you just want to sleep, the curtains in the room are very thin and a lot of sunlight comes in, so if you can't sleep unless it's dark, you'll need an eye mask. The internet connection is garbage, almost impossible to connect. Add +〇Giga to your smartphone line.I didn't really worry about it that much, but double-glazed windows, both inside and outside, don't often have locks. The inner key is not securely inserted. I leave my card key in every morning, but there is no confirmation when I return it when I get home. Even though the person I'm dealing with is different each time.Don't leave important things in your room; take them with you.The bald father may look like an old man, but try not to worry about it.

A simple business hotel where you can stay for around 5,000 yen. The set with grilled meat is cheap.

A reasonably priced business hotel. There are very few amenities compared to modern hotels. The Yakiniku and accommodation set is a great deal.
