Although it was a smoking room, there was no smell and it was comfortable. There is no security box. The entrance and bathroom doors were so low that I hit my head.

Rooms were clean and simple. Staff was friendly and helpful, even showed us how to access the lobby door as we didn't understand Japanese. They even have manga, to be borrowed for free, for guests. About a 5mins walk from the train station with a Family Mart along the way.

It's an affordable service at an affordable price. It is a bit difficult to respond in English, so I recommend that you speak Japanese well or use a translation app. It's old and worn, but clean.

This is a cost-effective accommodation. Considering that it is an old hotel, it is worth staying for a day or two. There was an issue with the water pressure in the bathroom being a bit low, but when I inquired at the counter, they showed me how to use the toilet.

I used it when I was on a business trip.It took about a minute for the bath water to come out, the hair dryer didn't blow hot air and was covered in dust, and the nightgowns that should have been on the bed were thrown on the floor. It was so bad that I called the front desk, but the reception was inorganic and they didn't listen to all my requirements and just cut me off.I felt that it was not suitable for traveling.

I've used it several times. This is one of the cheapest business hotels in the area. This was my first time staying in a room in the annex, but it was not good. It's nice that it's close to Shinjuku 3-chome station.

A business hotel in a good location. It's not far from the subway station, so it's very convenient. It is convenient for walking to downtown Shinjuku and shopping. The room is a little small, but everything is fully equipped. It's a pity that the room smells like mold.Pillows, bed, mattress and bathroom cleanliness are all good. The staff at the counter are all nice and friendly.A small downside to living in this place is that you have to put up with a bit of mold smell in the room.
