Place was very dirty.- Elevator smelled like trash.- Had to cover our noses every time we took the elevator.- You can barely fit in the toilet due to its awkward design- Balcony was not clean- Aircon remote looked like it had earwax on it- Bathroom was mouldy- Couch and pillows were stained with who knows what- Hair still on the carpet from previous guests- Towels are very thin and cheap

Even though the Wi-Fi router is next to the bed, there are cases where the Wi-Fi is disconnected. It would be better to unplug the Wi-Fi router jack rather than the power source when sleeping or if the Wi-Fi disconnects. ^^The location is perfect, and the room is spacious!I thought it was only registered on Airbnb, but you can make reservations on other hotel sites as well^^

Solid apartment but had some disadvantages. Mostly small things that could be easily fixed but they still add up. First night there was lipstick and blood on our sheet. After sending a message the management sent someone in the morning to clean the sheets, so communication is fast but of course blood on sheets isn’t very favourable. Also in general the apartment doesn’t feel super clean. Other small things; WiFi box next to our pillow that blinks at night and looks messy with many cables. Could be easily fixed with a small nightstand.Another blue light blinking bright at night. Comes from the interface, could be fixed but quite in your face at night.No light next to the bed so have to get out of bed to turn the lights off.Towels are very thin.For the rest the location is great! And the apartment has a good price for the size. Just a few notes for management and it would be great!

we loved the appartement. spacious enough for 2. Bed was comfortable. very Quiet at night as well :)washer provided wich was also very handy.location is convenient, close to several metro stations.Wifi was utterly horrible though, fix this please. Constantly had to unplug the router. not up to japanese standards...

Alright. Very close to Shinjuku subway and train stations and in the heart of the district. However, it is very quiet at night.

I found it to be a great place to stay in Tokyo. It is a large apartment by standards, well decorated, with all the amenities of a hotel. It is very well located, close to the station and park, next to a cafe and a convenience store, and is located in the LGBTQIA+ neighborhood of Tokyo, where there are many bars around.
