Despite the low price, the room and bed were spacious, and the room was reasonably clean.Bad pointsI can hear people talking in other rooms, doors closing, footsteps, etc.And above all, check-in is troublesome.They enter their name, address, email address, occupation, and other information on a tablet set up outside, and then take a photo.There are many input items.Perhaps because this is a guest house for foreigners, the text is in English, so I translated it using an app as I typed it.When I finally entered the room, the air conditioning wasn't on, so I was drenched in sweat as it was a hot and humid summer night.

Check-in is too complicated and quite a hassle.Even though I called ahead of time to inquire, it was difficult to get an answer, and even after a day, I had not received a call back.I was so impatient that I called the next day and luckily got through, and although I asked several questions, they never bothered to help the customers. (When I asked them why they couldn't answer the phone, they simply lied and said it was because the phone was overloaded.Maybe the phone wasn't overloaded and they were just slacking off at work, or because they didn't have any staff at all.) , Tell a lie. You should tell the truth honestly. This type of lie is usually found out by people who like guest houses.)On the day of my visit, I had some questions about check-in, so I called them, but they asked me to check my email, but there was no explanation on how to resolve the issue.I don't understand how they are able to get by with this, and I have only questions. (In other words, they can't communicate at all)If you're talking about a guesthouse, I'd like to see staff at least stay until guests check in, provide explanations of the rooms, and record guest information at that time.This is the minimum etiquette for calling it a guest house.Use a different name instead of Guest House, and register with Airbnb instead of Booking.I apologize to those who are planning to stay here, but I do not recommend this accommodation at all.It's better to stay at a business hotel or guesthouse, even if it's a little more expensive.I can only think that they are making fun of the guests staying there.

Basically it is an apartment in which rooms are rented. The room had a bunk bed and a bed, but no television. It has air conditioner. The bathroom is shared with the other two rooms. Without further ado, to spend the night

We stayed there for 5 nights and we totally loved it. The guesthouse is located in a quiet area of odawara but close to the city center and the train station.The rooms are clean and the common areas too. The living room was very cozy and the kitchen has everything you need.I never met the owner but the contact via mail was very polite and friendly. The Self check in and check out are easy to handle.I would definitely recommend staying here :)

Far from the train station but the owner is very nice and the guest house is really peaceful and nice. The guest house is also a restaurant and the Chinese food here is delicious and generous

I was confused because there was no lobby staff and I had to check in by phone, but the room and shared facilities were good. Parking is available in the underground coin parking lot.

The kitchen has an induction cooker for cooking, pots and pans are provided, as well as an oven, microwave, instant kettle, and refrigerator.The coffee given to guests is filtered coffee, not instant coffee powder, and you can feel the owner's care.The season for moving in is December, and the quilt provided is actually a down quilt, which is light and warm, which is great!Because there were only two people in my family staying in the whole house during my stay, it felt very spacious, comfortable and relaxed.It's a bit worrying to use its self-service check-in. I've had self-service check-in at other hotels before, but they only scanned my passport on the machine. Here, you need to take a photo with your passport, and it took us a little time (about 10 minutes) to finally pass the test, ha! It really makes people sweat.

Nice and clean guest house. Shared facilities are all cleaned every day. Rooms also clean. Living room is spacious.Self check in can be a bit tricky, but nothing too problematic.

Use room D for one person. It's a sofa bed, so it's not very comfortable. Also, this room is the only one outside the entrance, so I have to change my shoes every time, which is a little inconvenient.The reception desk is unmanned, so people who are not used to such things may be a little confused. Personally, it was a good experience.The other guests are friendly foreigners, so I don't think there will be any problems.The price is less than ¥4,000, so it might be interesting to include things like that. 2023/4/20

Great to rent the entire place. The Management company will never respond to your messages, mails or phone calls. Air con has a lot of mold. Great big room for a big group.

The water flow was poor, but the facilities such as the projector were good.Also the bed was spaciousIf you have a Hakone Freepass, you can go to the nearest bus stop, Saiwaimachi. (within the free pass area) so recommended

Accommodated 5 people.Beautiful, cheap, and reasonably spacious.There were three people in one room.not bad!I thought it was a private room, but there was a family-like person living in one room that couldn't be opened.Sorry for making such a noise.
