Location, customer service, service, room, food, everything was good. I was able to feel refreshed. I went with my dog, and he fell asleep for the first time on the go. I would like to go again next year.

During the day, the contrast between the blue sky, green grass, and red boat was amazing, and at night, the night view was reflected on the lake, doubling the illumination, and it was amazing. While swinging on the swing on the balcony of the villa, I was soothed by the view of the lake gradually turning pale purple.

The atmosphere was as good as I imagined and the hospitality of the concierge staff was excellent. The food was so satisfying that I also used the cafe lounge a lot. We also had fun playing grand golf and board games that originated in Shiga. When I asked for a telescope or roasted marshmallows, everyone responded quickly and was so kind and happy.Canoeing was also fun and I rode it many times. When I saw it on social media, it looked so wonderful that I thought it might not be that great in reality, but it was actually really fun and wonderful, so I would recommend it to everyone.I want to come again!

This time, I used it as a facility where my dog could stay with me.Located at the foot of Mt. Ibuki, the view from the room was very nice. The staff is very responsive and the food is made with local ingredients.I used it and it was delicious. The light up at night was fantastic and beautiful, and the bar was stylish.Since it was originally a golf course, the lawn was well-maintained, and the dog run was spacious, so they were happy to run around. However, my dog was barking at the staff and other guests, so I was worried that he might be causing a nuisance. The weather was nice and we had a relaxing time.

Google high ratings don't make any sense. Two people stayed in a room for 50,000 yen per person on weekdays. The facility itself has a nice lawn and is beautiful.Unfortunately, the employees are timely? Dispatch? The response is far from customer service. There were two staff members at the bar, but they were talking to each other, and when I went to order, they were so unfriendly that they weren't even at the convenience store's capacity (not that it's a convenience store's fault). They look like they are having fun inside and don't pay attention to the customers. What's up with the guidelines? At this price, the cost performance is too bad. All you have to do is paddle a canoe in a narrow place like a reservoir. It is far from Lake Biwa, and the trees that serve as walls separating the premises are low and the road is fully visible. There is no place to play.It was pouring rain, but there was no rainy day service mentioned in the reviews, and I was forced to walk from my room to the lounge without an umbrella.I'm sure there are people out there who are going on trips, anniversaries, family events, etc., but I definitely don't recommend it. I'm posting it here because I don't want others to fail.At this price, you can get anything you want.

Although it requires a certain price, the overall service and accommodation experience are quite worth it.The service was first-class from the moment we were welcomed, to the final check-out, the shuttle bus took us around the entire campground, which was a complete success.Staying in a cabin type room, the bathroom is clean and comfortable.Built around a pool, the design of each accommodation with a small boat is great for landscape and fun.

The heavens reached the sky in summer, the sky was blazing hot, but the green grass and the blue sky formed a very beautiful scenery, the air conditioning in the room was cool and refreshing, the curtains were closed and the bathing was suitable, the water was very hot and the amount of water was very low, and of course it was a ship's life-saving clothes. I am very satisfied with all the preparations, eating and drinking are very elaborate, and I am truly satisfied! It's just that the food and drink department is on the scene after the fire is burned, the smoke and fog are mixed, and the staff are kind...In the garden, each individual worker is very kind, because the main body does not have a meeting in Japanese, and there is a request for demand, or the demand book is reached before the transfer to the city, and the Line app has been achieved. It is very convenient, completely unnecessary, and the sake and water in the area are very convenient, and the feeling is completely ignored!Japanese:We arrived in the summer. Although the weather was very hot, the green grass and blue sky created a very beautiful scenery. The air conditioner inside the room was cool enough, the shower inside the tent was also very comfortable, and the water temperature and quantity were also very stable. Everything from life jackets for canoeing, golf equipment, and sandals were fully prepared. The meal was also very delicate and the added BBQ really filled me up! However, after the barbecue in the eating and drinking area, smoke will fill the area for a while. All of the staff at the park were very kind, and even though I don't speak much Japanese, I was able to use the Line app to handle anything I needed, such as transportation from the tent to the front desk, so it was very convenient and I didn't have to worry at all. There were a lot of drinks and sweets available at the campsite, and I felt a lot of attention to detail!English:We arrived in summer. Although the weather was very hot, the green grassy fields and blue sky formed a very beautiful scenery. The indoor air conditioning was sufficiently cool, and the shower inside the tent was also very comfortable, with very reliable water temperature and pressure. Everything was perfectly prepared—from life jackets for boating to golf equipment and even slippers. The food was also very exquisite, and because we added barbecue, we were really full! Just that after barbecuing in the dining area, it gets a bit smoky for a while... Every staff member in the park was very friendly. Since I don't speak Japanese very well, any needs or requests for shuttle service from the tent to the front desk could be handled via the Line app, which was very convenient and completely worry-free. Throughout the campsite, drinks and snacks were plentiful, and we felt thoroughly taken care of!
