Stayed in a room with an open-air bath.I used it last year too,I am satisfied with the quality as usual.■RoomIt's beautiful. From the elevator to the guest roomThe passageway has a somewhat heavy atmosphere,A word about how clean your room is.The contrast between the river and the greenery will soothe you.Since it was summer, there was also a pool. The fact that there were so many killer whales floating was a bit disappointing. What you can see from your guest room isBecause it can be seen from the other side,Blinds are also available.■Guest room bathAutomatic hot water supply when the water in the room is low + circulation heating typeThere is an open-air bath in the guest room, but it was too hot.I didn't feel like entering it. disappointing.I usually soak in hot water at around 40 degrees,No matter how hard I tried, I could only put my feet in.I wonder how many times it was set.Although the temperature was lowered with water, due to circulation heating,Hot again. Circulating heating onlyI wonder if you could lower the temperature...I think I'll listen to it next time.■RiceBuffet with steak (beef/pork) and tempura etc.all you can eat. You can order on a tablet and it will be brought to you.I feel like I'll have to bring everything else myself. The appetizers are also delicious. The chef's skills are good.I thought the buffet meal would fill my stomach, but...Sashimi, steamed dishes, surprise chawanmushi, etc. Many dishes are served as courses.A hybrid buffet and course meal.If it's just Viking, it will feel a little cheap, butFreshly cooked food served in a live kitchenCourse meals are also served, soAnyway, it's luxurious. Highly satisfied.■ServiceEveryone is polite. Colorful yukata for womenI was happy because they let me choose. The customer service seems to be very professional.Unless you're really bigoted, you're offended.I'm sure there's nothing wrong with that.I registered as a member this time, soI would like to use it again next year.

The air conditioner in the restaurant was broken on a midsummer day.The area where the buffet food was served was not broken, so it was cool. The area at the back of the restaurant was extremely hot. There were only two electric fans, none at our seats, and both facing only the seats on the opposite side. And the food was served in a hot pot which made it feel even hotter.I asked for a fan and they provided me with a fan.The food did not taste very good, and the children were not able to eat it.The next morning, seats were free, so I sat in a better area. The inn's apology is the inn's original hot spring manju...It's a little hard to think about the meals I couldn't eat...The view from the room was good, and I enjoyed the three types of open-air baths. The kids room is very spacious and has retro toys. There are also board games that can be rented at the front desk. The child said it was funHonestly, I won't repeat it...

I went on a 2 night 3 day trip with my wife for the first time in a while.I thought about canceling due to the typhoon forecast, but luckily the weather was good and I was able to go out more than I had planned. The food at the hotel was delicious every day, and the staff were warm and helpful. The hot springs were very pleasant, and the hot springs in the room were so hot that they filled up every time I used them, so I took a bath many times. I will go again. thank you very much.

Wonderful hotel. Impeccable and impeccable welcome. Superb indoor and outdoor onsen. Amazing traditional rooms. The downside on the indications mainly in Japanese. English subtitles would avoid guessing games. As well as the explanations on the use of Onsens, so magnificent but with such a fear of making a labeling error in the absence of instructions. A short guide would be a plus for foreigners.Thank you for this wonderful stay!
