The hotel is located in an up-scale shopping area close to the station. We found the lobby and the room clean and well-maintained. The view of the river was quite lovely. However, we found the room somewhat small for the price (and we live in Japan and are used to small hotel rooms). The bed was large enough for two people, but the rest of the room was minimal, including no drawer storage space. In addition, the bed was so stiff that when one person moved, it moved the whole bed.

The room was located at the very back and in the middle, so there was no view, the room was small, and it was inconveniently located far from the elevator, so it was not worth the cost.It may have depended on the room, but it was a disappointing experience.I don't think it's worth it unless you book early and get a room facing the river (but even if you do, you'll still get a view of the lower reaches of the Tama River, so it's not really worth it...).

Although it is close to Futakotamagawa Station, it was difficult to find the entrance to the building that leads to the 30th floor lobby. As it is on a high floor, the view from the guest rooms is very good, and there is a large Nikotama mall nearby, making it convenient for shopping and gourmet food. It's crowded everywhere though.

Second time staying at this hotel in Tokyo. Initially booked the Superior Twin Room using Agoda, but due to a reservation error the Superior Double Room was given instead. I am perfectly fine with that as compensation was given. Room size is decent and has a view of Futakotamagawa Station with a bit of the river. The room is very functional as there were many light switches and plugs to charge your devices (no travel adapter needed) There is also a public path in the hotel although I did not use it this stay. Location is good, you are five minutes away from Futakotamagawa Park and 2 stops by express train to Shibuya Station, 1 stop by express train to Jiyugoaka Station. There is also an express limousine bus to Haneda Airport, it took around 45 minutes to get to Haneda Airport Terminal 3. The staff who served us was friendly and had an excellent command of English. Only surprising thing is that I was asked to pay accommodation tax during checkout, as the first time I stayed there it was done during check in.

Even though there seemed to be a lot of foreign guests, the hotel staff didn't seem to speak much English, so I wondered, ``Is it OK even though it's advertised as a 4-star hotel?'' I had a hard time explaining to foreigners where the bathroom was and how to get into it. So, in the morning, when I was on FaceTime at a restaurant on the 30th floor, a male waiter in his 50s came up to me very quickly, put his index finger up in front of his face, made a shhhhhhh sound, and then pointed outside and said, Go” gesture. And the expression on his face like when he gets angry at a child. I was warned silently from beginning to end while repeating this. Moreover, the next morning after paying 500,000 yen for three weeks' worth of accommodation... Apparently they thought I was a foreigner... Although I didn't think anything would change, I reported the matter directly to the manager later. However, I felt like I was ignored and there were no words of apology. Also, if Facetime doesn't work, I'll follow the normal rules, so I think it would be a good idea to post a message to that effect. In most foreign countries, it's OK to FaceTime or talk on the phone in public. When I was warned, a similarly strong white man was on FaceTime. By the way, that person wasn't paying attention at all.
