I've been to Enoshima many times, so I wanted to enjoy the island spa rather than sightseeing, and I was looking forward to the hotel being affiliated with this hotel. The hotel is just a short walk from the island spa.It might be a problem if it rains heavily, but they lend me a big umbrella so I didn't have to worry about it too much.Restaurants on the island are open until 8:00 pm, so I stayed overnight without meals, but I didn't have any problems. For lunch, we used the restaurant above the island spa. I love drinking alcohol here while looking at the scenery. This time, unfortunately, the sky was cloudy and there was some light rain, but it was a good atmosphere. Watch the black kites flying at the same height as your eye level, or watch the sea and cars passing by.I don't know if it's just this timeGuests received a 10% off coupon when using the restaurant. When using the restaurant, you must present this coupon immediately, and you will not be able to get a discount when paying at the front desk.It would be nice if they could give me a discount since I can see that I'm a guest even if I don't show a coupon. That's why I deducted one star for the service. For the hotel room, I chose the second floor, which was a little cheaper. It's a bit worrisome because you can see people coming and going, but all you have to do is pull down the blinds. The island is very quiet at night when there are no cars running. It is a bit inconvenient that there are no drink vending machines in the building. The bed comforter is the type where you can change the cover entirely, so it's clean. I also had two pillows and used them luxuriously. The quality and quantity of towels are also excellent! The rooms are also clean and neat. Mine is also a blessing. The built-in coffee machine is also nice. However, it smells like a yukata. . .I would like to stay again for the island spa purpose.I'm glad it's improved.

The reservation stated that we would be arriving after 9pm, and if it was after 9pm, we were asked to check in directly at the hotel. When I called them on the day of the event, they told me that they wanted me to come directly to the hotel, and that they wanted me to call them just in advance, so when I called them from nearby, they asked me to come to the spa instead of the hotel. It is said. You will have to wait for a few minutes with your luggage in front of the closed automatic door of the building, and then check-in will begin. The next day, a middle-aged woman who appears to be a part-time worker hears from another female staff member that Tempa may have forced her to come to his place. My mother says she can't sleep because the bed in her room is cheaply made and the futon and pillows are hard.My mother, whose family runs a construction-related company, said it was probably built to keep costs down, as the floor was very rough. But the price is great. I chose it because it looked beautiful at first glance, but it is a business hotel and the staff are not well trained. When I went to the spa in the morning, my locker wouldn't lock, so I called the extension number, but the number didn't answer even after two calls, so I called them on my smartphone, and they answered in just one call. I wonder if they will respond to foreign customers soon. This morning, a middle-aged female staff member said, as if it were just a matter of course, that this locker is old.Anyway, the response is slow and I'm waiting naked, so please hurry! I couldn't help but raise my voice. It had been 30 minutes since the reception. The same female staff member came to check out, but she didn't say sorry or even make eye contact with me.The level of people (customer service level) is really low. It's best to go there with the feeling of a super public bath. The price was city hotel rate, but it was a world away from the nearby Prince Hotel and Kamakura Park Hotel, which have professional customer service and excellent specifications. Do not mix them together.I was told that I could have all-you-can-drink drinks in the basement, so I went there and found only an automatic machine that looked like an instant machine with a few buttons. I want my time back.It was a disappointing hotel.
