I stayed there yesterday 9/28-29.Check-in 19:00 Dinner time 19:30I had made a reservation for , but when I checked in, I was told that they would be available at 7pm, so I told them I would hurry.I was told that I could choose breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30, and I told them that it would be from 7:30. I was told that my room was on the third floor. On the paper that contained the room key I received, it said: Dinner at 19:30, Breakfast at 8:00, Room 105 (I was told earlier that I would be on the third floor at 7:30 PM and 7:30 AM).picture? ? ? It has become.Isn't it 7:30pm for the dinner staff as well? When I was told that it was the staff's mistake...I said I was sorry. The pajamas in the room are available in sizes M and L. Do you have larger sizes? When I asked about it, I was told that they only had one size fits all, and they had worn-out pajamas with the buttons undone. All check-in and pajama matters were handled by men.The job is too suitable. When my father saw the pajamas without the last button, he couldn't stand it anymore, so he called the front desk and got furious. It's so bad.I travel every month and stay at hotels that cost around 100,000 yen, but nothing like this has ever happened to me.It can't be helped that I made a mistake, but I also have a problem with what happened afterwards.Didn't your father tell the front desk to report after getting angry? There was not a single apology when I checked out the next morning.I was having a great day, but for some reason the end of the day took a turn for the worst. It's really the worst, why do you keep making me feel uncomfortable even though I'm paying for it?The reason I choose a price that is a little higher than the market price is because I am looking for something more than average.Aren't we all like that?I think there are many people who have birthdays, anniversaries, or similar days.Do you double check at work? Why are you using the intercom? Are you cooperating? Are you able to share information?I became convinced that not only the training of the staff, but also the company as a whole could only do a proper job.No matter how good it looks on the outside, I think it will fall flat on the inside.

Last time, I entered the hotel in late May while admiring the Satsuki flowers at the hotel entrance. According to the calendar, it's already autumn. I had high hopes that I would be able to escape the intense heat of the Tokyo metropolitan area and experience some of the cool air in the mornings and evenings, but my hopes were completely crushed. However, I was very satisfied with the kaiseki dinner, which was made with plenty of local ingredients and allowed me to fully experience the autumn season. It was a feast for the eyes, and my five senses were moved by the unique aroma and taste of Japanese food. You can imagine the scene in the kitchen, where preparation begins early in the day, and within a limited amount of time, the food is cooked under the direction of the head chef, and the food is skillfully plated. As alcohol lovers, we ordered the ``5 Pairings'' alcohol menu, which allows you to serve a drink that matches each dish. The sommelier appeared at the perfect timing to match the progress of the chopsticks, and served the drinks with quick explanations, making the table even more gorgeous. The level of satisfaction with the meal varies from person to person. In my personal opinion, for those of us who have already passed our 60th birthday, the quality of both dinner (Kaiseki) and breakfast (Japanese cuisine) is perfect, but the volume is 13-14 out of 10. If you don't approach your meal with a dry mouth and a feeling of hunger, it may be difficult to finish your meal (lol) If you think that you don't eat much, what to do before check-in and how to spend time in the lounge after check-in What time should I ask for bath time, and what time should I have dinner and breakfast? I think it would be a good idea to make some improvements. The hot spring mark (symbol) has three steam lines. When you go to a hot spring resort, does someone say, "You have to take a bath at least three times," or not? This time, of course, I went to the hot springs more than 3 times, including the open-air bath attached to the room. We also took advantage of the private baths ``Silent Bath'' and ``Meito no Yu,'' which we were unable to do last time. This completes the four private baths. I can easily imagine that even if the facility is the same, its taste will change depending on the season, time of day, and mood of the user, and I am already looking forward to using it next time. One of the things I look forward to is being surrounded by experienced staff and interacting with the young staff who work hard. Will you get angry if I say that?niceanswer
