The walls are thin and I can't sleep if the neighbors are noisy.

Upon arrival the room was not ready, we handed our luggage to keep. The staff were very kind and friendly towards children. When we came back the luggage was already instead the room. The checkout was also smooth and they even offered to take picture at front.I would just like to advise it would be wonderful if they have an option for coffee / cafelate instead of making our own from amenities and room service menu in english with more options.

It was the worst. After a long day of sightseeing, in this hot weather, I walked around, arrived at the hotel, took a nice bath, and looked forward to tomorrow, but I suddenly had to run out of hot water.I was treated like it couldn't be helped, and ended up having to take a cold bath.I checked again in the morning, but they said it couldn't be helped...I have no choice but to take a cold bath again...It's a shame because the true nature of the hotel can be seen in the way it responds to emergencies like this...I wanted to leave the hotel early, so I canceled breakfast and left the hotel. When paying the bill, there was no apology and the usual response was that I was on my way home.It was much better to stay at a business hotel.I will never go again.Emergency response is the essence of a hotel.Hospitality is a given in this industry. How about doing it right from the essence of the important spirit of hospitality? It was great.

I went there for sightseeing in Kamakura. After walking all day and sweating, I was planning to take a bath as soon as I returned to the hotel, but the worst thing happened was that there was no hot water throughout the hotel. .I took a cold shower. Moreover, I was told that I would apologize when I checked out, but there was no apology. Breakfast was included, but I checked out without eating it. It was a really bad trip.

It's easily accessible, just a 1-minute walk from Kamakura Station, and if you make a reservation you can use the private sauna, making it the perfect hotel for sauna lovers like me.The staff was also very responsive. I was worried about canceling my reservation due to the typhoon, but when I contacted them over the phone many times, they responded politely every time.I would definitely like to stay here again when I travel to Kamakura.

It was a 1-minute walk from the station, so it was perfect for walking around Kamakura ☺️ The room was clean and the best part was that there was a bathtub where you could soak properly! It really helped my tired legs and back from walking around 😌 The rice balls and miso soup for breakfast were also delicious 🍴💕 The shirasu sansho was really delicious 😋 The braised braised rice bowl we had for dinner was soft and delicious. Here it is ♪

It was right in front of you from the Kamakura Station platform! The staff's response, services, and amenities were very fulfilling, and I was very satisfied with my stay. I was disappointed that I couldn't use the sauna as this was my first stay, but the morning rice balls and miso soup with local vegetables make me want to stay at this hotel again next time. When you answered the questionnaire in your room, you received a box with a family crest on it! It's a masu that seems to go well with alcohol.
