I stayed here with my mother during the holidays. The services such as the hot springs, footbath, massage chair, and free welcome drink were very good. However, I was 15 minutes late for dinner, starting at 5:45pm, and I was drinking alcohol, so my pace was a little slow. When I was told that the last order would be 18:45, I was surprised to be suddenly told, ``Dinner is served until 19:15, so please be home by then.''Also, when placing a mobile order, the customer service of a Japanese middle-aged (50-60s) male regent was terrible, saying things like, ``The room number is different from the table number (angry and cold response).'' It was. I've been to a lot of hot springs, but this is the first time I've been asked to go to a hot spring. This is by far the worst response I've ever had at a hotel. The other person wasn't bad, but he seemed to be running the hall, and the other person's customer service seemed selfish.First of all, we were treated like any other izakaya, such as being asked what time we had to eat by, and the Japanese man was very rude to us, so it was a very bad experience for us, who were looking forward to dinner the most. The price and service definitely don't match. I wasn't able to enjoy dinner either, and ended up eating it in a hurry. I'm very disappointed. It was such a bad experience that I even thought I should quit because people could only treat me so coldly. The food was delicious, but the service was very poor, resulting in a bad rating. If there was someone in the next time slot, I think they could have done something like tell them what time they had to leave first. It was supposed to be a relaxing inn, but I was in a hurry to eat, so I'm sad that it ended.I ate the food in such a hurry that even if it was good quality, I didn't think it was delicious. I don't understand why we who pay the money should be concerned.I will never come again + I cannot recommend it to anyone.Overall, I understand why this inn has poor reviews.

I stayed here 10 days ago, and the stone pavement in front of the entrance was peeling off, making it difficult to carry my luggage. Do you have a QR code without being greeted as soon as you enter? From there, a machine greets me, and when I enter, it's dark and I wonder how much lighting is being saved. Poor selection of yukata! The elevator is scary because you can see the gap and it's rattling, and the floor of what looks like the balcony of the footbath outside is scary because it looks like it's going to rot.The guest room on the third floor? ! Stayed in a spacious Japanese-style room with a bed. The tatami mats were kind of damp, so I had to lay out my own futon! It was my first time at a hotel like this where I had to lay my own bed! I thought about how much better the kiln was in the guest house. By the way, Bett's mat is flat as well.I've changed the pillow cover, but the pillow itself smells like sweat and it's disgusting! It had an open-air bath, but it was full of stink bugs, so I couldn't help but close the curtains instead of entering it. The bath is also the worst! Only the sink was clearly lit, and the whole place was dark and filthy! I went inside and was even more surprised! A disgustingly heavy and dirty chair and a bucket! My feet are also in tattersThere is no open-air bath attached, but it seems that you can enter it if you pay money! I was really looking forward to going to the hot springs, but now I feel terrible. The food is also badEven in the morning, there is no rush because of the rotation system! In the end, the toilet in the room gets clogged! No matter how old the inn is, I want you to feel like a guest who spends a little more money on repairs and stays at a higher price! No wonder there are so many good reviews. I do not recommend it! There was no sign at the back of the station where the minibus was waiting, so I wandered around.

Just looking at the appearance of the HP, it's beautiful.I made a reservation, butI regret a lot of things 🥲I should have read the reviews and made a reservation.Bad points① The parking lot is too far from the hotel. The first parking lot has 8 cars? I can only stay overnight. The second parking lot is on a steep slope and takes more than 5 minutes.⇨It is difficult for the elderly.② Dinner and breakfast are in a hurry.I can't eat slowly.⇨Both meals were delicious, butThere was an aura that the staff wanted to quickly clean up and let the next time slot come in.Rather than enjoying the delicious food, I felt like I had to eat it quickly. It's such a waste.③ Insects in the room, stains on the futon, wrinkles on the futon④The TV is very small.⑤The footbath is lukewarm⑥There are not enough hair dryers in the bathroom.⑦During dinner, the staff conveyed their knowledge to the customers, and the customers became angry and started fighting. It was extremely noisy and ruined the enjoyable meal.⑧The free drinks ran out quickly.⑨ Reception staff's voice is low (female)⇨Business level supportIt was supposed to be a relaxing family trip for 15,000 yen per person, butDue to the above 9 points, it was a shocking trip in many ways 😣⚪︎Good points①Delicious pudding and sweets are available at the front desk②The rice is delicious⇨It's a waste to respond quickly③ Good access to famous tourist spotsExample: 10 minutes by car from Hakone Glass Museum, 10 minutes by car from Owakudani.④24-hour free drink coffee availableThat's all

The accommodation is not worth the price.I felt that if I had to do everything myself, it would have to be cheaper. The cleaning is also quite sloppy.I've stayed at many places around the same price, but this is definitely the lowest ranked inn.Even though it's a hot season, the air conditioner doesn't work at all in the room, and when I told the employee, he gave me an off-topic reply, ``It's the lowest temperature... or the direction of the wind is...''. As someone who works on air conditioners, it's obvious that the capacity is insufficient for the size of the room. There are reviews that many people have pointed out, but it hasn't been improved, so I don't think they have any intention of fixing it. It is best not to go in hot weather. Also, there are a lot of stink bugs in the open-air bath at night, so I don't feel like taking a bath. It seems that no measures have been taken. Even in a similar location, I've never had it this bad.The food is also quite ordinary. Neither good nor bad. For this meal, it's better to go out without eating.I wonder if the people who give this inn high ratings are cherry blossoms or are traveling for the first time. That's how bad the accommodation was.

The rooms do not have showers because you are meant to shower in the public bath. But, the public bath does not allow tattoos. So my only option for showering was to use a private bath, which was expensive and only had 1 time slot available. After a long deliberation with the front desk I was allowed to shower in the public bath, but not use the bath itself. Overall I did not feel welcome here. For $300 per night it was exceptionally hard to take a shower. This place is not foreigner friendly. My tattoos are all visible while clothed, so why does it suddenly matter when I'm in the bath? This practice is purely xenophobic.Otherwise the Ryokan was okay. The food and room were good. The location was bad, either a long steep walk or a cable car that doesn't run often and stops early in the day. There were a ton of kids. I would not recommend this Ryokan to non-Japanese.

An inn that I absolutely cannot recommend. The air conditioning is centrally managed within the building and cannot be adjusted individually.I'm renting a fan, so I'll see if I can sleep with it. It is best to definitely quit during hot weather. The signal is also very bad. There is free Wi-Fi, but even that is weak.Parking lot is small. The second parking lot is up a very steep slope, so elderly people should be careful.I thought I could stay at a reasonable price in Hakone, but since I was going to Hakone, I realized that it would be better to spend 20,000 to 30,000 more and stay somewhere nice. The responses are templates every time, and I feel really bad when I look at other reviews and see that they haven't improved. The only good thing about it is that it's close to the station, which doesn't matter to people who go by car.I really failed. No, it was a good learning experience.I will never come again.
