It has been nearly 10 years since I started visiting Hakone. It will be.The first accommodation I stayed at was Nanpuso.I was satisfied with the bath, which included an open-air bath made of rocks and cypress.A simple hot spring that can be soaked for a long time with little irritation to the skin. There are some comments that say it doesn't look like a hot spring,Were you imagining cloudy hot water? There are over 10 types of hot springs. For meals, you can choose from Wagyu beef, seafood, etc.It was a course.I was able to eat in a relatively relaxed manner.I still eat at the same facility in Hakone Yumoto.Even though there were quite a few people, there was a waiter standing there who was in a hurry to clean up.I think it's a big hit or miss when it comes to rooms.I hear that the cleaning is not done properly.Personally, the cause lies solely with the hotel.I don't think so.There is also a problem with the way customers use the product because they lack common sense. You can make as much mess as you want in your own room, or use it in a way that is too dirty.Hot spring hotels have banquet plans such as year-end parties. As a result, the room tends to be damaged.Maybe you spilled alcohol on the tatami, or you got sick and decided to put it down.I've heard that if you take it down, the odor won't go away for several days.If you are looking for a comfortable accommodation, it would be better to choose an accommodation that does not have banquet plans.I've been using a different place for about 4 years now, but I've started to see negative opinions. It seemed that a lack of staff was also a factor.

Some people write that the breakfast buffet is delicious, but it's really not that delicious. The fruit was mushy and didn't taste good. The fish was freshly grilled, but it was full of bones and difficult to eat.For dinner, you can choose from Japanese food, shabu-shabu, or seafood bowl.I made shabu-shabu with somethingIs this shabu-shabu? The meat was so thick and oily that I thought. It's about the thickness and size of ginger grilled meat. This is not shabu-shabu.It was too heavy so I ended up leaving it behind. It's not the right amount, it's hard to cook, and there's too much oil, so it's not tasty. Are all appetizers and desserts included in school lunch? The seasoning was rather unpleasant, and I didn't think it was delicious.I think the non-alcoholic cocktail I ordered gave me a carefree feeling in terms of taste and color. 700 yen was taken. Too expensive,I stayed in the annex, but as others have said, it's old. I think APA hotels are definitely newer and cleaner.Due to the age of that building, it's not worth paying more than 35,000 yen for two people per night.Although the price is high, the service cannot be provided.I get the impression that the hotel overall is poor. There is only one type of yukata for men and women. There is no fun in choosing.Ah, but all the shower heads in the women's bath were refurbished. This got me a little excited. There were some reviews saying that the open-air bath was scary to peek into, so I took a quick look and found out that it was indeed an indoor hallway. I decided not to go in because it looked like I could just peek inside.I was left with a good impression of the kindness of the front staff, so I think this is entirely a management issue.Rice/1 starRoom/star 2Hot spring/star 3Customer service/4 starsI'll probably choose a different inn next time.

The other day, I used this place as a place to stay on a trip with a childhood friend. The view from the rooms was designed so that all the rooms had a panoramic view, the space was calm, and the open-air bath was spacious, so I was able to spend a very relaxing time. Moreover, most of all, the employees were very polite and kind, and the customer service exceeded our expectations.I was impressed. This is a ryokan that I would definitely like to use again.thank you very much.It seems that the shuttle buses circulate together at the rotary of Hakone Yumoto Station. You can pay 200 yen in advance and get a shuttle to your accommodation, so I think it's a good idea to take advantage of it.
